Had an awesome time here. Our waitress was brand spanking new and knocked it out of the park with her glitter taters and cheerfulness. She did a phenomenal job. Food was on point, drinks were prompt and special shot out to Ms. Rachel for her welcoming smile and down to earth attitude.Definitely worth a visit
Wow service ever cold wings and cold fries and manager never came over never again STAY AWAY!!! The place was dead . Even my frlends food was cold too . Never refilled our drinks
We stop at a Winghouse every time we visit Florida just for their naked wings. You cannot get them anywhere else!! They are baked, skinless chicken wings and all drumetts, soo good! If you haven’t tried them - make the trip!! It was a really slow so the food came out fast. Our server, Rocky (?) was friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back.
The young server girl was really nice but the food sucked. We eat here all the time and thus was the worst food we have ever received. There was a mistake with one of the meals and the manager came over and fixed it but he saw the sub par overcooked wings and said or did nothing. As much as I love the food here I don't know if I will be back. I wish I could upload a pic of the $20 burnt wings but I can't. There were pieces of burnt black breading that I had to spit out. Not impressed!!
Was here with group and it was bad for everyone. Servers arguing at our table, food consistently wrong, burnt pretzels, my wings were cold, (when I brought that up was told an air frier works great for reheating them!) never got any condiments(don’t know if I was charged for extra ranch as never got a receipt) had to get my own stuff from the bar after my drink was taken for a refill and didn’t come back, wrong food served to wrong person for about 10 minutes then given to someone else. Claims of being busy but had about 6 other tables with 4 girls in the place so wasn’t that busy. Just all around horrible experiences and will never go back to this location.
Service was beyond terrible . Our server was on her phone constantly and running outside to text. There were 3 tables in the entire place. I still have no idea who really was our server. one thing remains consistent is that every franchise in Ocala is the worst in the chain and it’s no different here. Food was cold and it took 20 minutes to get a beer. Plus half the urinals were both out and no one is cleaning the bathroom. Gross.
First off the girlfriend ordered breaded Wings they weren't our wings were cold the fried pickles were good onion rings were warm but excessive wait for drink waitress didn't come back very often to check on us it was a waste of time waste of money $75 and a penny for what we had could have had a really nice steaks in about a restaurant this is the third time I've ate our first time was a disaster second time was good and this time a complete waste wish I would have paid by credit card I would have canceled it I'm sorry 2 out of 3 x 5 don't waste your time
Cool sportsbar, good wings, decent service. Not much else to say ab it. Sat at the bar with my girl with 2 tenders & only ordering a drink, 10 wings & watching UFC Fight Night there wasn't anything special nor huge crowd. Never was asked if I was ok, how's the food or do you need ANYTHING else. May have hung out more, would have tipped better than 20% & definitely would have spent more money. As it was the wings were really good & my company was perfect. Service.......?
Not sure what they're feeding chickens now days, but these wings were huge. Tasted okay, though. And of course, our waitress was very attentive and quite beautiful. Can't ever really go wrong with Winghouse...
Absolute terrible service. There was only 5 tables including mine and it took up 45 minutes to get food and of course half of it was wrong. Our waitress (never told us her name) was just sitting in the corner playing with her hair and on her phone while food was dying in the window. Save your money and avoid this place. No wonder this place is always dead. It will be out of business before too long. We talked to the manager and she didn't seem too concerned. Then she went over to the bar and started painting her nails.
