This was our 2nd and last time there. The service is absolutely horrible even when it’s empty. People came in after us, ordered, ate and left before our meals came (burgers) even made it to the table. We ordered 3 burgers and an order of nachos…chips, cheese & meat. The burgers came out and no nachos. We were told that she would be right back with them…that didn’t happen! Everyone was just about done with their burgers when I told her to cancel them. The chef hadn’t even finished cooking the meat! The burgers and fries were good but that’s all I can say about this restaurant.

Worst service in town. I’ve have been there with groups of friends after dinner on several occasions. Their bar staff is always either talking to one another or to some regular and ignoring all potential patrons. I’m sure costing BC lots of potential sales throughout the evening. Horribly run establishment. I would fire everyone in there if they worked for me. You can be efficient and sociable at the same time. Well if you knew how to do your job.

Biscuits for the biscuits and gravy were burnt and the gravy didn’t have much flavor. Hunter’s breakfast was decent. The bottomless mimosas were good but they ran out of champagne so after two it was over. Would not recommend this place.

Absolutely Ridiculous! Nigel used to be a great manager until he hired Rude bartenders that don't realize where their paycheck comes from. I've had Nicole been on a power trip and try to embarasse me and hi5 the bartender she was working with because she refused me service for buying a homeless musician a beer. I've been a customer at this bar before they expanded. No hospitality whatsoever... do not expect customer service when you spend your money here. They hire anyone off the street. What a fkng joke... Note to owner* appreciate your customers because they pay your bills not the Power trip bartenders you have.

This restaurant and bar is like if a dad was to create a dining experience...It's Awesome I love it. Great atmosphere the decor of bears deer and random...Christmas lights. Yes Christmas lights was hilarious but hey Dad Bar. Food was great I had a bison burger with fries and both were very well done. Definitely coming back here to unwind again.

Food was delicious, beer selection is impressive, service was bad. Our server seemed lost, rude when we asked about beer, she had no knowledge of anything they served. And then she would take orders and then just stand by the kitchen window or the bar. Took 30 minutes to get our check and pay when we were done.

I had looked online at the menu and was very excited to see all the different types of food available. So I decided to go for my birthday. Upon arriving I notice a different menu completely. More bar style food. I was disappointed to say the least.

Great service and fantastic drinks. Try the bison burger and get yourself a mojito upstairs at the anti monopoly drug store.

The LOFT....Was hardly inviting. We choose to go With The Bottle Service which was an immediate mistake because they brought us dirty glasses. Considering the fact that I ordered Two bottles of what ended up being warm champagne (one of which I attempted to cancel, considering the dirty NON CHAMPAGNE GLASSES)Overall, the absolute worst bottle service I've ever experienced.Oh, let's not mention The One dude clearly taking advantage of A Woman at another table who was too far gone to make the right choices. (Things happen in nightclubs that can be out of staffs control, but there was a bouncer standing RIGHT there!)Still left a 20 percent tip because maybe, just maybe, you all where having an off night. If there's a next time, maybe things will be better.

Great service. Friendly atmosphere. Don't forget to try the cheesecake.
