I bought a Steak & Blue Cheese salad. When I got there, I was informed there were no Blue Cheese crumbles. A phone call should have been made because I would have changed my order. But, I accepted the Blue Cheese dressing anyway. I get home & there in NO STEAK ON MY SALAD. Best they can do for me is if I take more of MY time & gas to go back & get my cold steak. No credit or refund was offered. Terrible Service. Avoid this place. I will not be back
Your bartender was not too friendly at all. Obviously, I'm not a regular and you could of not had to be so cold. If you dont like working there, quit you dumb bottle blonde. And the older blonde waitress told a customer that what he ordered was gross while he was still sitting right in front of him. That was straight up rude & unnecessary comment. I believe he was ordering for him & his significant companion. She wanted lemon pepper parmesan wings.I am a single female trying to find a restaurant that is close to me. You already fired. Granted, I did like your boomerang shrimp.
Went to your restaurant last week and the food was great ???. Today April 24 2022 I ordered the bacon cheese burger platter, the the bacon was like rubber, ffs were terrible I had the battered ffs before and they were excellent. Did you order from another company?. My lett, Tom and pickle was ridiculous. My wife's chicken was OK... I feel like your cooks don't care about how they make the food. I was very disappointed, our waitress was sweet. Anotherthing there was only half of a slice of cheese on my burger.
First time visiting this establishment. This place is a solid sports bar grill. Food was good. Drinks were good and strong. Service was prompt and friendly. Very satisfied and will visit again.
The waitress absolutely sucked we go out to eat at a lot at different restaurants and this had to be the worst experience ever. I wanted to leave her a penny as a tip that's how bad it was but I'm not that rude but that's what she deserved.
Took my family here after recommendation from a friend as we wanted a good burger.They did not disappoint!Service was great, waitress was super accommodating.Food was bountiful and tasty.We will go back for sure.My only regret, not discovering this place long ago.

I eat there at least once a month. The food is really good. Never have any complaints on the food. However the service could be a little better. Servers are very nice but they should hire a couple more because every time I go there I usually wind up waiting 20 to 30 minutes before I get to place my order. But I would recommend The Dugout to other people. Great food.
The staff were very accommodating, in changing the TV, for a specific football game, as well as giving me cup of hot water for my tea bag, which is something they do not carry on the menu. The food was delicious. Their grilled chicken salad was so yummy, it didn't need dressing. Their boneless chicken wings were among the best we've had. Great job!
