Took a bite out of my burrito and it had a blue hair in it. Went inside to see if anyone who was working had blue hair and to just get another burrito. I was very polite. Homegirl with the blue hair had attitude, stating "I'm wearing a hair net ?". Another girl had attitude with me, as well. Everyone was laughing as the girl kept saying "I'm wearing a hair net". My hair is bright pink and I promise you I don't carry around a blue hair in hopes someone works there with blue hair and I get an extra burrito. I'm not mad at the hair, I get it, it happens sometimes. I'm mad at the attitude, rudeness, and lack of accountability. Just apologize and throw on an extra hair net.Sent my husband in to get a refund instead. Manager and guy working the register were helpful.
Love Taco Bell just feel more like I've eaten an appetizer.. Add more chicken/meat to entrees. Always an awesome staff. Service with a genuine ?
Great employees, very friendly and courteous. I've always give through the drive thru and never had to wait very long. They'd got their staff working great together to get us out quickly.
Nice place to get fast food especially around Mexican style based foods like burritos, tacos, etc. Cravings box especially gives a good variety of it at a good price with a drink included. Quick and fast good service!
I will never go back to this location. I purchased a #7 yesterday and asked for lite sauce because it makes me really sick. I couldn't eat the quesadilla because it had too much sauce in it. Took it back today to get it replaced and the manager declined it because I did not have a receipt. Not sure how giving the food back to them wasn't enough to get my order fixed.
We have been trying to go here at least once a week. The food is awesome and is very well priced. We always have great customer service!
Ordered several items on this trip however the Crunchwrap (pictured) look like they spread out the meat and some area of the item there isn't any meat. The Chicken Chipotle Melt looks like someone left it in the microwave too long. I had to peel it off the wrapper. I believe if Taco Bell keeps up with this type of food, they will lose customers.
I know it was late at night but surely I deserved courteous employees and good food. Unfortunately I got neither. The nacho fries were cold and mostly hard pieces and the window attendant did not seem to really want to be there.
The staff at this location is amazing. Wr had a small glitch in our order. It was resolved quickly and easily. This our favorite Taco [email protected]
