This has to be the most ghetto Taco Bell in Florida. The menu signs don't even work. You literally have to kiosk order. EVERY table littered with debris. Trash overflowing. No attempt at dining room recovery. NONE.DIRTY, LAZY, UNMANAGED.
I Love Taco Bell !!! They just brought back the Mexican Pizza& I am So Happy !!! I Love the Nachos BellGrande too. I have a list of things in my favoritesin my App too !! It is so much better if yo have the Taco BellApp & you can rack up points & get free food ... It's Great, IJust Love Taco Bell !!!
This is the worst Taco Bell. Food is never right. Ordered a Chalupa box. My chalupa was hard, taco had no cheese. Don’t waste your money going here. Food sucks
We love when Clinton is working! Very personable and efficient, he always makes us laugh. When he is there, our order is always hot & fresh. The only location we prefer now.
The crew here were so helpful and so very kind. I had issues ordering the Mexican pizza on the app and they were quick to help. Thank you so much and awesome pizza!!!!
It is what appears to be the little things in life, that mean the most to me. Being able to wash my face off with hot water prior to eating, being recognized (Bridgett, Kelsey and other staff including managers that I can’t recall names at this time) even when handling other necessary tasks, upon entering a restaurant. I thank this Taco Bell for treating me like family (even if we are a little dysfunctional haha)I feel welcomed back to Ocala.
Unable to actually get the tortilla off of the paper, can't actually eat.
The food was made sloppily. Normally don't complain because most fast food workers arent paid enough but my tortilla was stuck to the paper to the point that I have to use a spoon to eat just the inside of my melty beef burrito.
Taco bell is going down hill! How do you spend almost $60 and they can't get an order right! You drive through so you don't have to go in....2 trips in the store, after a 15 minute wait and food was NOT good! Please give us GOOD TACOBELL back.....
My husband went up there to order lunch for us didn’t get a receipt spent over $32 on food and none of it was right. On one of our burritos we ordered chicken instead of beef. They still gave us beef. On another burrito paid extra for extra beef did not get extra beef on our tacos. We tried to call them and talk to somebody to get our order straight. They did not answer the phone. Called over 5x. One time they picked up and immediately hung up. We didn’t get napkins and also my husband specifically ordered extra Diablo sauce. He didn’t get any sauce at all. I will be calling corporate on Monday
