Allow me to explain this - 1st, I do not write reviews, but this restaurant deserves a scathing one. I live and work pretty close to this one, so it's simple and easy for my family and I to come here when we want it. This won't be long, I'll make it short and simple. I spent nearly $30 on 6 food items and 2 large drinks. What I received was extremely horrible guest service, an uncooperative shift leader and cold food, all of which was in stark contrast of what Taco Bell is known for. Not to mention, there was hair and dried out chicken pieces in the food. I called the restaurant once we realized what was happening, no one answered the phone. I called a total of 8 times between 10 pm and midnight. Needless to say, no one answered. I tried again this morning, guess what? No answer. At this point, I'm taking this unbelievably unedible food back to Taco Bell, contacting the corporate office, as well as Taco Bell itself (being that this is a franchise), I feel it's important to be transparent in situations like these. I want my $29 back, and this restaurant can have this bag of cold food I was given, in return. If anyone from Taco Bell corporate wants to reach out, I'm available to share even more with you..
This is truly the best Taco Bell location on Ocala. They have the friendliest staff and they always seem to be on point. It has actually been years since I had been to this location due to moving out of town for a few years but doesn't seem like they have lost their touch after going during lunch while at work. Highly recommend the location on 200 for a quality Taco Bell experience!!!
Been going here for my kids for a quick bite. I went through driverthru and when I got home 10 minutes later(which I should have checked the bag) there was barely nothing on the nacho cheese little cup. This thing cost .75 cent each. we order 4 and it didn’t make 1 cup. Couldn’t go back again to complaint and ofscore they don’t pick up the phone. We have a very upset kid over here
Forgot my child's cheesy roll up. Went inside and they dismissed me to mobile order kiosk . No one would help me get 1 cheesy roll up. I left without it after waiting 13 mins. When no one was evening ordering. Bad service!
Went through the drive thru, they were very very rushy and annoying, then after we ordered a couple things they informed us that they had no fried products and started naming damn near everything, what's the point?? We said nevermind, then left. What an annoying experience. Now we're finding some place else to eat
They seem to be low on staff so the wait was long but the customer service is good and the food is fresh
Waited 20+ minutes in the drive through...get to the window they repeat my order back wrong finally get it right then after I pay tell me they don't take $100 bills and give me my money back...they only take $100 for over $60 in food....I used to eat there several times a week due to softball schedule.... NEVER again...you take $100 and could have broken$100 but refused too after I waited...if that truly is your policy...POST IT but I've paid with that before so....
Seems like they are adding more refried beans to fill up a Burrito, just had one and it's not like it used to be. Will not order again. The chicken quesadilla was very little chicken, halfway down the chicken stopped and then the melted cheese took over. We will have to rethink ordering from Taco Bell going forward.
Order there nacho Belgrade the nachos tasted horrible couldnt eat them my son spit them out it tasted like chemicals was on the nachos and they didnt want throw them out it had a bitter after taste cheap with the meat got order wrong and not so nice staff
It's OK for a quick bite to eat. They have dropped every menu item we liked. No more gorditas, taco salad or grilled stuffed burritos. Our food was cold and greasy. Very little meat or cheese - mostly all beans. I will go to a Mexican restaurant from now on instead of fast food.
