I really enjoyed the food, I had a Meatball sub with pepperoni and it was made perfectly. One employee in particular was very pleasant and had a smiling face as soon as I was ready to order. I would love for her to get the recognition she deserves. Her name is cheyenne. I will give this a 5 star and I will be back for more, especially since she made the sub exactly how I like it!
My family went to the Subway at Walmart in Ocala store number 37769-0 I had the worst service I have ever had in any of the stores The girl who waited on us was completely rude and very unprofessional she was more concerned about going home than making our sandwiches correctly and her lack of customer service we ordered 3 subs. A BLT which she didn't cook the bacon before putting it on the sandwich,my husband got a Turkey sub which was Dry and only had 2 pieces of Turkey on it was hard to find we were served by 1109 at 7:56:57Host order ID SPM20220420075656He had to buy more turkey just to have turkey on it.I will never go to this Subway again

I like subway here the staff is nice and the subs are good but when I got stale chips they allowed me to get another bag with no charge they were kind
The woman who works there said and I quote, I just make sandwiches for people. I had a problem with the Subway App and she could have cared less and would not help me.She told me she did not care. I would Never go there again. She needs to be Fired.
How can you go wrong with Subway, I had it my way. I had never had their cookies be for the oatmeal raisin cookies you're delicious.
If I could put no stars I would. Me and my daughter went today we told the girl we needed 3 sandwiches and 2 kids meals. 1.she was very slow. 2.she burned our sandwiches 3. We got rushed and I wasnt even aloud to order my grandkids food.
Was refused service. The employees are unprofessional and should not be in a position of customer service. I filed a corporate complaint and provided all information to my attorneys.
Loved the staff. We're great under pressure with Rude customer. They handled them very professional. Loved my steak sub.
