Great service!! The young lady named Sarah was polite and the subs were delicious! She wasted no time and got the group of people that were in front of me taken care of. I was surprised to see only one person working with the amount of customers in the store, but she had no problem taking care of all of us in an efficient manor with a great attitude. My family and I will DEFINITELY be back.

Let me start by saying my family and I have 2 other Subway stores near us that we could go to, but WE CHOOSE to go to this Subway, which is a little out of our way. Every time that my family and I have been to this Subway store we feel like it is the BEST Subway we have ever been to, especially here in Ocala. It is extremely clean, organized and the layout is very open. You don't feel like you are going to step on people's feet or run into someone that is sitting down at a table, booth or high-top table. I've NEVER had any staff that has treated myself or my family members poorly. It seems as though they keep their personal life "checked" outside the front door (Like other jobs people have and you are supposed to do). It's as if they don't bring their personal life to work with them, most people have a very tough time with that, but I have NEVER experienced that at this Subway! That is HIGHLY COMMENDABLE!!? The staff that makes your food are VERY well trained. They listen to what you want and don't act like you are frustrating or even annoying them with what you want. I can't say enough good things about this Subway store!! ?
Everyone at our table was enjoying everything. Had a friend come into town and asked me to take him here again.

If you are open until a certain time, you should consider keeping ALL equipment on, including the toaster, until you are not serving anymore subs and you are closed. ?
