If y’all could answer the phone for a customer complaint on why you didn’t give us the bacon we paid 2.00 extra for or the fact there was a sticky residue on a personal pizza, or why my husbands sandwich was supposed to be a melt then turned out completely wrong with cold meat, That’d be great! Give us a call back when you’re not busy on your phones or hanging out. We’ve called 10+ times and hung up on. Shut this place Down man it’s a joke.
Order online for pickup got there they never got the order and they closed 2 hours early. Employee was rude and told me well the order never came through and your money will be refunded tomorrow
It's been years since I've gotten food poisoning. But thanks to this fine establishment it has happened. I've been vomiting and using the bathroom all day. This place is a revolving door of employees. Stay away if possible.
This location used to be alright, now it's just gross. Employees on phone instead of FIFO the product, it was disgusting. It's supposed to be "eat fresh" not "eat rot"! Nice enough to pick around the brown mush but shouldn't have to. Yuck! We picked subway thinking it'd be healthier but boy was I wrong. And Store was dirty. I used to manage a subway I know what you should or COULD be doing. Get off your phones and do your customer service job.So if you really want subway go to the one down 40 by the Aldi. Never disappointed there. This place literally made me sick couple times. It just got worse every time coming here. Finally deciding we will not returning to this location.
The delivery order I made for 3 Footlong s was all wrong. There were no veggies on any of them, my son loves olives, none of them were cut in half. The employees are lazy my food was supposed to be done by 8:30pm it was ready at 9:20pm. This was supposed to be dinner for me and my kids, instead it was meat on bread, worst subway experience ever!! Never going back to this subway.

Absolutely terrible experience. 0 Star and shut this place down!!! Rude employee. Quote 1 person working a dinner shift... So 20 minutes wait time for a sub and old bread and ingredients. It was one person there... Absolutely stupid!! The gas station down the road had 3 workers at least and are nice to you.
I don’t usually write reviews unless someone truly deserves it and I’m not one to write bad reviews either but I just wanted to say April is so awesome, she can literally put a smile on someone’s face who’s having a bad day and you just don’t really find that in customer service these days, times are hard and people are overworked but the ones who can still be nice and respectful are the ones I appreciate so much. April your great! Don’t ever change! This was about my 3-4Time going there while April was working and each time has been so pleasant. Kindness goes a long way and I truly appreciate it.
I don't like the new drive up
This Subway is somewhat hit or miss these days. I do online ordering and quite often items are missing. It is at a service station which is sometimes very busy.
