We were a party of 6 adults (ages 18 to 79). We ordered 6 meals. Orders were placed on the kiosk, so there were no communication issues. The receipt showed what we ordered. Somehow they got 3 out of 6 meals wrong. Sorry, a 50% failure is not a mistake, it is incompetence. They corrected their failures, but acted like we were putting them out. We were never offered an apology.The locations near were we live are much better than this one. This particular location is a poor representation of the Steak and Shake family.I am only giving 2 stars because the food tasted the way it should.
Best steak n shake burger I've had in a while. Cooked to perfection. I don't particularly like the ordering system. More specifically I don't like that there is no cash option in the store. Food came quickly and everything was clean.
I got the $3.99 deal and I'm sorry but the fries were gross. I asked for Seasoning for my fries which I was given a small container of seasoning which only had a very small pinch in the container, also noticed that the container and the seasoning smelled horrible like it had sometime of cleaning stuff in it. The only things was good was the burger.
Fries was cold, ordered a bowl of chili and got this talked to the manger about it and that it was not a bowl and requested a refund for the chili witch he refused to refund fir the chili. Very disappointed
They took thirty minutes to mix 3 shakes when there were almost no customers. An employee aimlessly walked the restaurant and apologized when I asked about the delay saying that there was only one person who could mix the shakes. When the shakes arrived they were one third shake, one third whipped cream, and one third empty. A half of a maraschino cherry was stuck to the side of a very sticky cup. How did they miss? Stick the cherry in the hole on the top. Miserable experience when I'm trying to get my ice cream fix for the night.
I've tried this place only twice now and both times I ended up sick almost immediately afterwards. The first time wasn't too bad, but this time I got really bad food poisoning. I physically can't make myself eat here anymore. Fair warning to anybody else scoping this place out.You can see from other comments that the food looks awful. It tastes pretty eh, and more than likely it'll be an absolute nightmare passing through your body. I'd just suggest going somewhere else.You'll spend the same amount of money on tastier, better looking food (that may even be better for your body) and not have to deal with the hassle afterwards.
Wow the price of shakes has gone up!! A few weeks ago a medium shake was $3.99 approx.for a medium..i thought that was a bit pricey. Now Medium shakes are $4.89...like wow ..seriously..more than an under $4.00 meal..Families can't afford these places anymore..Also I've seen in some locations they've gone automated and gotten rid of all waitstaff except for one ....what next robots!!?? So limited customer service..This is sad ..ppl being put out of work cuz restaurants need to charge almost $5.00 for a shake to stay ìn business ..Our economy needs to be changed back to where it was b4 block heads who thought they won the election were allowed to show us how they could destroy it!!
Had a great experience at this location. My family stopped in for some burgers and fries. EVERYONE ate their food. Have to say Otis and his crew are doing a great job. I had an interaction with the store manager and he runs his store amazingly. Thank you for making my weekend better after a rough start!
Food was good but store was filthy. Sticky floors, dirty high chairs, dirty tables. Only one older gentleman slowly cleaning tables. Had to ask for his towel to clean the table and high chair so he just stopped cleaning because apparently there was only one towel for the whole place. No personal service. All ordering done through kiosk and only one accepts cash. Will not return to this location.
New standard. No waiters. Fill your own cups. Sizes of shakes all one. Greatly reduced chili sizes and took away pepper sauce. Never goong again.
