I had a great experience this morning at the drive-thru. Such a great way to start my morning seeing a smiling face and receiving fast service. A smile and a great attitude go a long way and I really appreciate it from your staff this morning. Great job guys keep up the good work!
I absolutely love this starbucks location, the manager and staff is incredible, extremely polite and on point with drinks and recommendations! Every other location in ocala I have suffered rude employees who never get my order right! So thank you to the manager and staff at this location (sw ocala) for giving your customers what they want!!!
Christmas morning, looking for lunch staples for a vegetarian... Starbucks delivered! Niece was thrilled and appreciative! Hate that they were open on Christmas, but they were wonderful!
Much better than the other Starbucks in the area. Employees really keep up with the high amount of traffic, and the store itself is big and lovely. adore the book of pups
I love this Starbucks but every single year they run out of caramel brûlée syrup. For two years I’ve experienced this over and over. Wish you guys would order more, since this is a repeated problem. Service is always good though and they offer suggestions for replacement drinks.
I have never had worse service than I did at this Starbucks!Waited 30 minutes in line at the drive thru just to place my order. Tried to order a breakfast sandwich only to be told they were all out. Ordered a Chai Tea and two cake pops - waited 10 minutes to get to the checkout window (total of 40 minutes in line). Get my tea and cake pops only to realize they gave me the wrong cake pops.I understand there is a shortage of workers, but this is ridiculous!!
Love the location, it looks brand new, but they said it's been there for a few years. Very clean Starbucks and the staff were very nice. Most importantly, the drinks are delicious!
Have to say that this is a hit & miss location. Sometimes you get good service and others its terrible. Service is either slow or your drink sucks. Never understood why your drink always taste different if they only follow recipes.
