The store was moderately busy, went inside to order and it only took ten minutes for 4 drinks and 2 snacks. Very good staff and atmosphere.
I only had an incorrect order here once a while ago. I called and brought it to their attention and they replaced my drink at no charge. A+
I am VERY disappointed in this location. The group of girls took about 15 minutes just to make one drink when they weren't busy. When I finally got my drink, it ended up being the wrong drink. When I went up to the counter, they were giving me attitude because I wanted them to remake my drink. When I came back a second time, they were ALL over my boyfriend. The disrespect that they gave me is disgusting.

This Starbucks is by far the most inefficient location in existence. I am writing this review as I continue waiting 15 minutes for my iced coffee. The entire drive through line has finished over5 minutes ago - I came in thinking it would be faster. There were 3 people in front of me inside. There are 7 employees. 4 of them are standing in their zones whilst I continue a now on minute 17.
When my daughter, granddaughter and I went there yesterday it was very disappointing. Other than coffee/espresso drinks, they were out of all the tea drinks except Chai and kiwi. Food selection was very poor as well. The young man that waited on us was clearly in need of a lot more training. He didn't seem to know what he was doing and kept making mistakes. He sold us 2 pieces of pumpkin bread when there was only 1, didn't let us know until my daughter asked about it many minutes later and then the 1 piece wasn't heated. Usually they ask. Our drinks were fine. We usually have a better experience at this Starbucks.

Love coming to this Starbucks. Their customer service is always top notch. I went through the drive through this morning and the gentle man that took my order was very polite and had a very uplifting tone. When I got to the window I was greeted by a gorgeous soul who kept genuine conversation with me as we waited for my order to be completed. The experience was so lovely i will be coming by again.
I have only been to this Starbucks three times and each time that I have gone I have waited more than 30 minutes in the drive-through lane. Each time I try to give them a chance and each time I’m extremely disappointed. After waiting 30 minutes today, I got to the window only to discover that they had almost no food at 1 pm. I don’t know what the problem is at this location but management should try to figure it out. I will no longer go to the Starbucks and instead I will go to the other Starbucks in Ocala.
