Not my favorite choice. I find their coffee strong and bitter. The Ocala location had both restrooms out of order which is not smart in a coffee house. Staff had a few unsightly facial piercings. .
Sage was working the window, and was incredibly friendly and polite. Not sure if this is the norm now, but there was a cute sticker on my drink cup. Fast service!
Very nice and big store especially the outside seating. But when asked for regular coffee there was no steam coming out of cup or taste as if it was left over.
Always quick and efficient! I enjoy getting my Saturday morning coffee & breakfast before work here.

Place was super clean. Staff was friendly and they made our special request drinks perfectly.
Ordered a venti chai latte, wished tasted right after I got but I drove away. When I got back to my hotel room, it was like a warm diluted milk with hint of cinnamon. I drove 5 minutes to get back my hotel so don’t expect to be hot but taste was way off, almost tasteless $5 spent.
If you enjoy a 25 min wait or more in drive through, the. This is the place for you. Wont be back. Took over 25 mins to order and about 6 more to get the order with 8 cars in line.
