Cashier taking orders and working the register definitely had congestion/a cold. She also poured my smoothies without washing her hands or wearing gloves. Bummer, for sure!
Best smoothie king in my opinion. Staff is always amazing and fast.
I love the smoothies and the staff is awesome! It's my morning routine! Even my son enjoys a smoothie when schools out! There's something for everybody there!
Typical stop spot on a Saturday. I pay for 2 Large Smoothies. I figure I get whats in the blender. I always ask for the left over to be put in a small cup for my daughter. Simple request, charge me for the cup if needed. 9 out of 10 times no hesitation. Today 3 different excuses why she cant, and all she can do is charge me for a cup and I can pour it from mine...my daughter was so sad to get an empty cup. Kindness goes a long way for loyalty.
We pulled in on Saturday at 8:10 to the lights being off at this smoothie king, we thought they were closed but our mobile order had already went through so we figured they had to be open. As we walked in a brown headed girl was mopping the floor (mind you they close at 9) which I almost slipped on, she was very rude and short with me. A few other customers also walked in and a blonde headed girl that works there rolled her eyes and also had a attitude with everyone who walked through the door. I assume their plan to have the lights off was so people would think they were closed but unfortunately it didn’t work to well. The smoothies are always 10/10 but the employees always seem to have a attitude.
The young employees were all well mannered and friendly. Clean establishment, and we really liked our smoothies.

Won’t be returning after my last experience there. Purchased 2 smoothies, one didn’t taste right so I went back in to ask if I could exchange it for a different one. The girl at the counter said she’d have to ask her manager, came back and said that I would have to buy a new one if I wanted another. I said that I didn’t want to do that and that I didn’t want the one they gave me because it tasted weird. She just repeated what she told me before so I left.

Normally I have no issues here, but tonight was a awful experience, there was 30 minutes till closing when me and my boyfriend came in which we usually do after workouts. We were welcomed by one of the employees moping the floor so it was sopping wet to the point where you could fall, also no wet floor sign. The blonde haired girl and boy were giving us the dirtiest looks and had a attitude the entire time even though we were super polite. My smoothie was watered down and luke warm. I feel for the price you pay you should be having a better experience.
