We went in for our birthday burgers.It was slow we got seated in a area with a few other guests. There was a lot of food and debris all over the floor.Burgers came out with the wrong cheese on both. Waiter argued they were correct.Hard to say swiss is supposed to be pepper jack that I ordered but okay.Wife ordered cheddar and they put American cheese, but okay.....Steak fries came out soggy and tasted like card board.Haven't come in a while and apparently something happened with the service and the cleaniness, food quality because this isn't the Red Robin we remember.We won't be coming back
This was much better than our previous experience. They have a new service where they punch in your order as you order it and it's being processed before you're even done. Our drinks came out while we were still ordering the appetizer, it was awesome.The cook can't ? cook an egg but the manager and staff were still amazing and we were well taken care of for the most part. The food was delicious and fresh.
The food and atmosphere where good and I was seated immediately. My only negative was once I was seated it took 10 minutes for the waitress to come to my table. It wouldn't have seemed like a big deal if the place was packed, but I was one of maybe ten people in the entire place.
We received our drinks almost before our server left our table with the drink order, and a refill was brought out when I was halfway through my tea! The restaurant smelled (and looked) clean when we arrived. Food was as ordered and expected. Very attentive and helpful staff. Will definitely be back to this location.
Delicious as usual... great food and servers! They check on you often and keep the fries and drinks coming! Great place, will definitely return and highly recommend it!!!
Ordered the Scorpion burger, and garlic fries. We opted for fried pickle nickles and onion rings as our appetizers. The pickles were awesome, we had to ask where our onion rings were after our food was brought out. The Scorpion burger was good, but the abundance of flavors didn’t actually meld very well together. The garlic fries were good once I received them as normal fries were brought with the meal originally. Service was great, we even had 4 different servers visit our table. I’m giving 4 stars because it’s a fair rating for what you get here. I’ve been here before and will continue to be a patron. Next time, I’ll order the Burning Love burger instead.
I just left there ( 4-27-22) with my To Go order. In all the things mes I have eaten at this restaurant, I have ALWAYS asked for my gluten free bun to be toasted. It always was until today when I was told the kitchen staff said there was "No way to toast a gluten free bun". Of course, I know this to NOT be true so I just told the waitress they can do it because it had been done before. I do this so my sandwich will not fall apart & I can eat it in one piece. The kitchen staff REFUSED my request & sent it out anyway. Guess what?! My sandwich fell apart. I just paid $40 for an order that only half can be eaten. Not happy & will be making a call to Manager
The food was really good. The one thing that I didn't like is that when I payed my bill it was a certain amount and when I checked my account more was taken. Even if the food was good, I wouldn't return, due to lack of trust because of that bad experience. If you decide to go, make sure you check your bill, and keep the receipt so when you check your account, you can go back to them to correct it. ?♀️?
Took my mother and niece here, the service was absolutely horrible. We waited at least 20 min before someone took our drink orders, then the food came out before our appetizer and both burgers were over cooked and not even correct. They took them back and just added what was missing instead of making it fresh brought it back to us cold with cold fries then our appetizer came server never really checked on, brought me 1 refill on my drink and it wasn’t even what I was drinking ??♀️ she never made sure we needed any boxes or checked to make sure everything was okay after all the chaos and luckily I know how to use the little kiosk or I never would have paid. Worst experience I’ve ever had.
The staff for the evening was short. With that being said it was probably one of the best experiences I've had at any restaurant. I was informed when I got there only 2 servers on. I thought o'boy decided to stay and the friendly staff was so efficient you couldn't tell they were short staffed.
