My wife and I took my daughter to red lobster for the first time last week for her birthday during lunch.Overall the experience was enjoyable and we would go again.The staff was the best part. Everyone was super nice. Joe was a pleasure to be around and he's great at recommending dishes and cocktails.The building is clean -- including the bathroom.The kitchen staff that I was able to see used gloves. Although hand washing is important, I usually also preferfor establishments to have gloves for food that isn't heated.Although the building and decor is showing age, don't let that scare you away.Great appetizers, great dessert, and the entree was okay too.I didn't care for the fish and chips but that's okay. Dining with friends and family is about more than just an entree.
I haven't been to Red Lobster in a long, long time. Our waiter was awesome and funny. The food was great: moist salmon, perfectly steamed broccoli, and creamy mashed potatoes. All at a great price - we took advantage of a special for teachers.
Our server Jordan was outstanding! I just can't say enough about her. She was exactly what a server should be; friendly, helpful, well spoken and came back to our table several times (but not too many times) to check on us. She brought drink refills and extra napkins (we had 2 toddlers with us) without us even asking. She even made my drink (non-alcoholic) herself because the bartender was super busy. I will be asking for her as our server whenever we go there. Oh, and also the food came out quickly, hot and tasty. I usually find that Red Lobster's food and drinks are consistently good and fresh and this visit was no exception. I am a very happy customer :)
Our server was great! The lobster was amazing! The brussel sprouts were on point and the bread was hot and fresh. Soo good.

Our waiter was fantastic! The food was also great. We were seated right away since there wasn't a wait. It was probably bc it was a weekday, but none the less, we had an amazing time. The prices have increased significantly due to the economy, but that's to be expected. Besides, you get what you pay for. I always have the same thing anyway, regardless of the price. Another waitress even wished us a good night as we left, which I thought was very thoughtful of her. Wonderful experience all around!
It was surprisingly quiet for Easter Sunday. We really enjoyed ourselves and had excellent service. Pleasantly surprised by red lobster.
We went there to celebrate my sister's birthday. Sophia, our waitress, was very nice and attentive, however, some of our meals were salty. They did take the salty dish off of our tab which was good, I feel that Sophia should have brought in a slice of birthday cake to end the dinner on a better note. She knew we were celebrating a birthday so that was a miss on her part.
The waiter was excellent and the crab legs were amazing along with the 2 lobster tails. Great service and delicious food!
