This is the worse fast food restaurant I have ever visited. They told us they were out of everything except for about 3 menu items. Before letting me order chicken tenders the cashier had to first check that a certain employee wasn’t taking them. The cashier and the manager both had the worse attitudes I have ever encountered and seemed completely uninterested in working. I have worked in customer service before so I know what it’s like but this was completely uncalled for. There was employee food half eaten sitting on the counter where they were preparing customer food and the girl taking my order grabbed her food and sat down at a table half way through me and my boyfriends order and then when she came back did not wash her hands and continued to take the rest of our order and then package the food. This place would have failed a health inspection so fast. The manager did the same. They told me they could not give me a receipt but then caught that they charged me for the wrong item. I asked for a refund and was told by the manager that “it was only one dollar.” and did not receive a refund even after requesting one. My boyfriend ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and was only given one and when he asked for the other sandwich the cashier threw her hands up and went to the back. She also went from handling money and setting money on the counter that they prepare food on to packing food into our bags. It was disgusting and the service wasn’t even just bad.. it was HORRIBLE. Never coming back here for sure.Update: Wrote this before eating my food and when I ate one of my tenders it was raw inside. Disgusting.
It's just fast food, I know , but they are ALWAY rude as we seem a bother to them.Last time , no really the last time will be the last time.Mean people, bad food, missing food and topped off with ignoring me while I'm trying to get the rest of my food , flat ware and condiments. 2 *'s because I should have left a truthful review months ago , might have impacted them enough to motivate management to step up their game. Terrible experience EVERY TIME.
I do not know who idea this was & nor do I care but I really want to know who decided this foolishness!!!! I went through the drive-thru & ordered $43 worth of food & I get neck rolling because I asked how can I get another side because it was to small for my family & the female kept saying "we out of large cups". I completly understand about that they were out of cups but I dnt appreciate the attitude. And the chicken could have been cooked a lil bit longer & now I dnt know if I will be back!!!
Couldn't understand the person taking the order! My ice tea was watered down and HOT, it melted my ice! The meal came with French fries, about 10! No paper towels (drive through). FF were greasy! Chicken sandwich had nothing on it but 2 tiny pickles, a teaspoon of Mayonnaise! The tiny meal cost about $24, which it probably wouldn't feed 2 little kids! I used to LOVE Popeyes! I would drive 30 miles to feed my family but I WILL NOT go there any more! I was curious why there was no one going through the drive through during lunch hour,,, now I know why!! I do not recommend this place to any one! Period!
These where the nastiest chicken nuggets and french fries I have ever gotten from any Popeyes in this the United States their chicken nuggets were nasty and looked old dried out it was just absolutely disgusting.. I will be contacting somebody about this because I used to work at a Popeyes and I know what it takes for food to look like this underneath the breading was black and the breading was just so nasty and clumpy.. it's 4/24/2022 I wouldn't even recommend feeding this food to your pigs??
Whoever the manager is, needs to be fired. Absolutely nasty and as you can see, it’s not busy at all. I watched one manager walk right by the table with the spilled drink on the table, go outside and have a cigarette in her car. Not coming back to this filth again.
Great service. The cashier missed part of our order. And when we talked to a manager about it. She said sorry, have a nice day and walked out the door. We just sat there and looked at each other. Then went up , in line , to reorder what was missed. Handled poorly I would say.
If I could give this place -10 stars, I would. I have never felt so disrespected from a franchise in my life. I ordered on the app, waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes. Said i was there to pick up my order, I pulled forward and they tell me someone already picked that order up. So I pull up and 3 employees, including the manager, basically told me I wasn't getting any food or a refund unless I called corporate. The worst customer service EVER. The manager should be fired because SHE gave my food to someone else and refused to replace it then said to leave or they would call the cops on ME for causing a scene. I just spent $25 on food for my family and now we have no money and can't eat. Disgusting and horrible to treat people that way for YOUR mistake.
The Popeye's on 40 near 75 was real good. The other Popeyes that's on 17 and 301 not as good. They were so busy and they got the orders all screwed up and we had to wait a long time to get it and then it wasn't really hot so that one I'm not impressed with but the one off of 75 I really was The chicken sandwiches are fantastic he indicated that so that was great
ridiculous stop for fast food. waited 45 Mins for 2 damn burgers, 5 pieces of fries in a small..might as well should've not added that to a combo.. They need to do better and have more respect for the customers. Employees having a full on conversation and eating while working and not noticing on customers wait time orders.
