It was a nice deal you received two medium pizza with a side of breadstick and cinn buns. I liked that you could get the deal with additional topping for a small upcharge, We had the supreme pizza was very good with a lot of toppings.
1st time I ordered online. Pizza was ready when I got there. Gentleman who waited on me was very pleasant. The boneless chicken wings were yummy and the Cinnabuns were delicious. I picked the pizza up though instead of having it delivered because of the delivery fee. I would rather give that fee as a tip to the employee than give it to the company.
Concerning curb side pickup- better awareness for quicker delivery to the car after acknowledgement that I had called to tell that I had arrived. It took a delivery person to ask me if I was waiting for a curbside pickup after 10 minutes of waiting. I had arrived on the time designated for the pizzas to be ready. The store was apparently not busy at the time as no one was being waited on.
We asked for contactless delivery to our car. When we arrived we called the number given to let the employees know we were there. The voicemail was in a loop and no one answered. Finally went in and again no one was around to help us, despite our letting them know we were in the store. Finally an employee came out of the restroom and gave us our pizza. It was poor customer service all the way around, but the pizza was good.
The wings were DELICIOUS, perfectly cooked and ready when I arrived. This is a minor gripe but I paid for 12 wings and only received 11.
