This papa John's has good food,but sodas are always flat.

Ordered 2 large, 1 with pepperoni the other chicken bacon BBQ with no onions.Both arrived in about 30 min and was hot. The chicken bacon BBQ came with pineapple. I called to have it corrected, it took 1 hrs 45 min to get it delivered cold and hard.I'm done with this Pappa Johns!!!!!!!!!!
Pizza was delicious and hot just the way we ordered it with the Parm garlic crust. The take out time was excellent and timely.
ordered mix and match 3 items was charged for 3 items only got 2 they say I only ordered 2 which would of been 12.00 and I was charged 20.00 bc the person at the register rang up my items seperate not in the mix and match I was over charged and missing items and then the guy argues with me over the price when I have an email receipt and it say mix and match and the pricing different from advertised . made me so mad what I did get I didnt even eat im sick to my stomach this is horrible customer service and what a way to rip off ur customers dec 4 12 am
Paid $27 for a skimpy topping pizza. I ordered a 5 topping pizza and I can only count 5 chunks of chicken on the whole pizza. No exaggeration! Paid with my credit card and the cashier couldn't find a pin to sign receipt. Told me to just forget it to take take one copy and she will take the other. I told her no, I need to sign. And she got an attitude and rolled her eyes and stromed off looking for a pin. Terrible service!
