If you're in a rush this is a great place for a quick lunch. I'm fond of the split menu. It usually order soup and half a sandwich. Perfect for me. If you like bakery goods they have a nice selection.
Love the fresh soups and sandwiches! Yummy!! Best advice is to order ahead. The wait time for walkin are crazy and long!
Food was prepared perfectly! Amazing and friendly staff. They were besy and they got to the tables quick to clean them between customers!

The PHOTOGRAPHER who took the photo of the new robust promotional chicken sandwich scores five stars*****. The CHEF who barely managed to fill the bun with a miniscule piece of chicken gets a zero... Same experience with the flatbread pizza...the loaded photo on TV and actual size of my miniature serving were from two different worlds...
I never had an issue with Panera Bread but this issue was negative plus I dealt with an unprofessional manager Alex. Monday, I ordered a large barbecue chicken salad, so I decided to order the same salad on Tuesday but the salad was smaller in a smaller bowl. I called the restaurant and spoke to a so called manager that argued with me about a salad. She insisted that I received the right amount but I told her the salad was larger on Monday. I asked to speak with a manager over her but she said the General Manager will be there tomorrow so I definitely will get the issue resolved.
Tried the new chicken sandwich. Nothing special but still good. Side of bread was amazing, no surprise there. Tea was yummy and employees friendly.

It’s unclear to me why they can’t take online orders for lunch at this location unless I am ordering for the following day. However I can walk in the door and order from the tablet at the front entrance - which is physically in store -but still online. Or when I call and the store directly and they say we aren’t taking orders online just on the phone. And I say I’m on the phone. But they can’t do that either. Or when I get a text from the kiosk that saying my order is ready at the counter and I wait in line and get told it will be in the rapid pickup bin. And then I hear my name at the counter. All in one day
The food & drinks at Panera are wonderful & the employees are very nice. I recently joined the monthly coffee, so I have been enjoying that also. I don't think anyone would be disappointed in their food or service.
