Waited in drive thru so long I forgot to place my order when it was my turn at the speaker. Got to the window and was told to go wait in line again. My fault but cmon now an hour wait for drive thru Chinese when the buffet is right there, nah.
I would give zero stars if I could, this location always turns off online ordering claiming they are too busy (guess what? They’re not!), slaps these signs in the window to close the dining room so they don’t have to wipe down the tables etc, worker notices I’m taking photos, she gets all worked up and runs out the door to confront me. Panda Express needs to fire this entire crew and get some new people.
My 2 experiences at Panda Express Great!!!Stood in line & was serviced quickly, the employees were helpful each time. They explained my questions & recommended the best deal for the amount of ppl I was serving. At their suggestion, I purchased family meal & it had so much to choose from with large portions of food for dinner & plenty of food for leftovers.My husband & teenager's Love the food.
DONT bother after 9PM. Worst service in my entire life. All the staff was rude and incompetent. NO rice, No noddle's, No chicken then what am I going to order? Why have an Open sign if you don't even have white rice to sell? Our party of 4 walked away. This is a ZERO STAR review.
Food was good as usual, but the server cheapest out on the amount of food I was given.
Worst panda I have ever been to…. They love to close the doors early. Here it is 8:50 the doors are locked and I’m told they already put all of the food in the trash. Looks like I wont be coming back to this sorry establishment. Management needs to do better this is by far unacceptable.
Had an online order and it’s such an inconvenience for them to open the cabinet and hand you your order. Every employee I’ve interacted with there is rude and they act like they’re doing you a favor.
Teriyaki chicken was terrible. It was very fatty, smelled and tasted strong as if possibly bad or old. My stomach isn’t feeling great after eating there. I’ll add this is my first bad experience at the Ocala Panda Express.
I dined in during the lunchtime rush. The food was good and hot, and the service was fast and friendly. Taking away one star because the mushroom chicken had a ridiculous amount of salt as usual. Is their slogan "A full day's sodium in every bite?"
The staff was friendly and food very fresh. Always enjoy the family meal and we get several days meals out of it.
