Food was good! Server was very attentive. Nice dining experience!!!

The service was very slow. We experience long waits in between entrees. After initially receiving drinks and appetizers, which were extended wait times, we waited about another 50 - 55 minutes to receive our dinner. The waitress finally approached our table said they were “slow” in the kitchen. However, after finally reviving our food, it was good and we took “to go” plates home. Later that night, I experienced symptoms of severe pain on my left side, below the rib cage, which I suspected food poisoning or an allergic reaction to something I ate during dinner. The next day, I ate my leftovers and the same pain reoccurred immediately after eating. After the second occurrence of the exact same symptoms after consuming the same food, I knew it was the food. I suspect that something in my food may have been spoiled or contaminated. Three days later, I’m still feeling side effects from that food. They need to check the quality and freshness of their food before serving it to avoid getting their customers sick and possible lawsuits.

Very nice. Food was excellent and our server, she was amazing. Very helpful and always ready to help. We are from Bradenton, Florida. Will visit again if we are in this Ocala area.

The food was very good. The service was excellent. Had a long wait. They cleared the lobby out 3 times before we were seated? When we walked back they had quite a few empty tables that weren't cleared. Maybe short on people to bus tables that day? Otherwise it would have been a 5 star review.

Got a quick spaghetti and meatballs with Italian sausage for dinner has a last minute option. Went to the curbside pickup a little bit early and was surprised to find that it was ready 10 minutes early from his projected time. As usual, the food was delicious, warm and fresh. The service was friendly and accurate. I highly recommend the Olive garden on highway 200 in Ocala.

On this occasion we were a large group of 17 seniors. Unfortunately we had only one server who did a great job. She was promised help that came sporadically and were not interested in any requests. Food was good but took nearly an hour just to get soups and salad. Waitress had to make all the salads and this group eats plenty.

It is a great chain. I took my father here a while ago, before he passed. He ordered steak, extra, extra, well done - meaning charred to the point most people would consider inedible ruin. He kept sending it back until they got it "right." They gave him his perfect steak with a smile, no judgment, and he enjoyed it thoroughly. I was beyond grateful to them for indulging him so gracefully. This last time, I brought three teenage girls just before closing, after a play. By the time we were done, we were their last customers, the place was closed and they were counting up the registers and finishing their side work. Nevertheless, the waiter was pleasant and gracious. He made sure we enjoyed our meal and didn't feel rushed. The food is excellent but the service is somehow even better. Always a wonderful time.

(Update review), so this is my second time here since my first review. I took my kids here for dinner and the service was good. Our waitress was pregnant and she was excellent. She made sure my kids and I was good. It wasn’t to packed and our food came out pretty fast. Our wait time on a Sunday was 20 minutes not too bad.(Old review) I ordered take out the food was perfect, no complaints here.

Usually we dine out with our family of 5, tonight we only had 4. We were able to join the waitlist and immediately got seated when we arrived. Carlos did a great job as our server tonight! And I just wanted to shout out Tiffany K, who went above and beyond and checked on our table occasionally, and who even offered to help out another family trying to leave with their hands full with their children. It’s awesome to see such hardworking servers doing such fantastic jobs. In these trying times, I don’t think they always get the recognition they deserve! Keep it up!!

Have not been out in a year and Olive Garden was like filled up with a 20-25min wait time, at about 1:30pm but was with family party of 3, everything was great shrimp&chicken Alfredo was good but they used spaghetti Noodles not fetacinnie noodles little downer, so took over half of it home to my kid. But still very crowded with people and leaving 3 of the girl wait staff was in the restroom talking about another employee and how she was not going to make it to their position and they didn't think they should be given her a %of there tips, an she not going to make it cause they don't want her there!! and how much each one of them made the last 2-3 days they worked, That was a big eye opener as to that they expect to get 20% of the check and if ya don't leave it They tell each other how ""Cheap that Couple is" Wow Eye Opener!! Managers get a check on gossip an bulling, this could be a big problem, that is just a bit I heard till coming out of the stall dead Silence!!!! And Yes I looked all 3 in the eyes, cause ya know they had more to say after I left in discus for their talk. That is a -10☆ for those girls, but we did have an excellent man host I just wish I could remember names +10☆ for him, so it might be another year or 2 before I go back after those girls.
