Terrible experience. Went there prepared because I read their menu and reviews on Word of Mouth which have been generally positive. Breakfast sandwich, Alexis says nope, never had them?! chicken salad sandwich, nope, pretty much down to $14 snapper sandwich which is too much for lunch to spend for me, but I drove a distance and she was rather non-communicative, so I said ok to snapper and a drink and she rang up my order and nothing had been prepared at that point, 11am, and when I saw the over charges, I said, let's forget this, she said no refunds, take it or not, no refund. Wow. She said the snapper was prepared with peppers and I said I's prefer no peppers so she said, spicy mayo, and i said, yes, and then she charged for the mayo!! Charged a dollar more for the beverage than what was listed on their board and she had no reply other than, no refund. Nice to know so I do not bother with this place again.
I’ve gone here multiple times in the past and loved their food. I just went and got the chicken sandwich and garlic parm fries the fries are good minus there’s not any garlic and the chicken sandwich was definitely old and reheated, the chicken was so hard..
Came to get two medium lemonades to be told it was almost 17 dollars and was told idk I don't make the price......it's literally on the sign for 3.75 for a medium lemonade and was told triple the price because "it's more like a smoothie" then don't advertise it as lemonade......bad business.....
They acted like they didn't even want to be there today let alone paying almost 7 bucks for a juice and the prices on the board aren't even right. I had to return the juice at first cause it tasted like water
Good food, a little pricey but I'd say worth it. I ordered the Cuban sandwich and with a mango passion fruit smoothie and enjoyed every bite.
The food was incredible, the smoothies were somehow even better. We had gator bites, fish tacos, a banana boat and sweet sunrise smoothie. Not cheap but worth the money. Will visit again.
I found this place while house hunting in Ocala. My husband, our kids and I, fall in LOVEEEE our first sip drinking ? our smoothies! We ordered their 50 wings with Fries, my family and I were licking the sauce off our hands?... Oh and we order the Lemonade/Mango/Berry smoothie. EVERYTHING was good. A MUST STOP AND TRY PLACE. Our new favorite go to place A+.
Best smoothies I’ve ever had! Came here last year while working at WEC and made it a point to come back this year while visiting again. Seem pricy until you realize how delicious they are
Tried to Doordash 2 days in a row and it took them over 30 minutes before they just canceled the order both times. Tried to call several times and no answer
After the person in front of us left we placed our order (2 sandwiches and 2 smoothies) and we were waiting for quite a while. I asked the girl at the window if we could get a refund and she said our food would be out in a few minutes. After about 20 more minutes of waiting and being directed to the other window I kindly asked again for a refund because I had to get back to work after waiting for 45 minutes. She said the food is coming and closed the window. When she brought the food out she said “sorry we’re not fast food.” I think this is too long to wait when there was no one in front of us. I don’t think a customer should be brushed off when asking for a refund before they even get the food.
