First time visiting and eating food was fresh and prepared in front of us everything was delicious and good customer service recommended

This food is always too notch and the employees make it a great time! Id like to note whoever made nachos that day because that junk is an art. Perfectly crispy and satled to go with the bomb queso! Diane is fanstastic and always caught working hard

I can't believe I actually ate here. Hope I don't get food poisoning. I barely ate my food. This place is absolutely filthy all around. Seating area, counters, soda machine, and more all disgusting. The staff was unprofessional and the man who seemed to be in charge reprimanded his employee in front of customers and staff. This resulted in her throwing food at him. I saw various food safety violations throughout my short visit. Won't be back, won't suggest this place to anyone.

Used to visit quite frequently, will not be the case anymore. Prices have gone WAY up...understand to a certain point but $50 for 3 meals is ridiculous for this type of place! Was going to order queso for the side but they had no queso prepared. Also only hot salsas to choose from. This place is absolutely filthy! Not one table was wiped down, the freestyle machine and the doors looked like they hadn't been wiped down in quite some time. And there was trash all over the floor. Who wants to eat in a filthy establishment?

This place needs an uplift, broken chairs, walls, bathroom doors, toilets. The food was horrible., no taste, cold, and old lettuce and old guacamole mixed in with new one. Rice was hard and vegetable burnt. 16.00 dollars for a bowl and soda, rip off. Sorry, but chipotle got a huge win over this one. And that location needs new management. They do not have an eye on serving a clean, fresh, quality product. Tried it once, never returning.

The service here really stands out amongst my recent fast-fresh restaurant experiences. This was lunch on a Thursday. Keep up the great work!

Food is better then Chipotle IMO, but the menu placement and things they make listed on the board could use some serious help. If you don't know may better, you wouldn't know about alot of options or things they can build for you. Chips were fresh tasting and not stale, queso was a bit bland and salsa isn't that spicy at all. Overall, the wife and kids loved it.

Don’t waste your money. Prices have gone way up which I can understand, I used to frequent this place often with the kids and it was good and the restaurant was clean, not the case on my recent visit today. The place is filthy, the soda machine is not draining so the floor is soaked but not one employee had the common sense to get a mop and clean it up, the tables are dirty the chips were stale. I will not be spending $60 bucks here ever again. Kids eat free on Sunday?? NOT!!! It’s false advertising they said it only applied to the burrito but no where does it specify that.

First time here and was given a delicious burrito for lunch. The table was clean, and had a good time with the peeps during lunch.Rating is because of their chips. We were all given stale chips. No bueno! The fact that the staff has the mentality of giving people stale, old foods to save money makes me wonder what other things we are consuming that are old as well and we don't know. Do better.

the burrito are awesome and so filling
