Food was excellent! Ashley our waitress is probably the best waitress we've ever had dining out...would recommend to anyone to try the food there...
I come here all the time for lunch. My meal is always cooked to perfection, and I've never waited longer than expected cook time. Servers are extremely quick and super nice. You'll enjoy yourself.
This is the fastest Miller's Ale House I have ever been. I visited a Friday night and it was crowded, so I was expecting delays, but their timing was great.The seating time was within 5 minutes. The server greeted us within 5 minutes after seating. The food arrived within 20 minutes after ordering.The food was delicious and tender, with the right amount of seasoning, cooked to it's perfection. Everything was clean including the restrooms and the galley floor.The staff was very attentive, courteous and even cheerful, with a smile on their faces. Seeing how the staff was working as a team delivering great customer service, and the manager checking with every table to make sure everything was as desired is the reason why I gave a 5-star rating.This by far is the best and fastest Miller's Ale House. We stopped here today. We ordered the meatloaf and fish and chips. The food was great! Our server, Karla, was excellent ??.Her warm smile greeted us. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and helpful with choices. We will definitely be back soon and ask for Karla again!
The hostess was great and so was the waitress. Really they were above and beyond. The restaurant was spacious. I really like that hand sanitizer was available.There’s a huge tv to watch sports. Great location for hanging out with friends to watch your favorite team! Been to many locations and the layout of this one is just right.I took away one star because food was lacking. Extremely burnt. Well done does not mean burnt to a crisp. I don’t know if the cook was just new but I had better food from this chain at other locations.I’ll give the food another shot in the future but for now it’s 4 stars! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
The food here is fantastic, the service is sometimes a crapshoot but generally they have taken really good care of us and the atmosphere is great. It has really become a staple for us on those days where you are so busy you forget to stop and eat till it's too late to cook and everyone else is closed. We love it here.
This was $15. I ordered a steak with double broccoli. So disappointed in the quantity of product that you receive at this restaurant considering how much you pay. I get it is a hard economy right now, but $15 for that?I did complain to the manager and she got me more broccoli! The service was excellent, the food rated good, but was just shocked when I saw what was on my plate for $15.
Had a roach in my food don't know if it was because of miller's of our door dash driver but that was not right. I called miller's and the manager refused to refund out money and told us is door dash job. Door dash claims it's miller's job so I called the manager back and told him. Manager told me all he can do is remake it only if there was proof that there was bugs in the food. So I drove 25 min to show him and he said oh when I showed his and said well I guess I have to remake it. An he said please get that out of the restaurant so I did I though it out side. I wanted 80 dollars back not the food.
This place was once great it has turned into bar food with over priced drinks. If you order the soft pretzel it comes with beer cheese, it should have a spoon with it because it’s beer cheese soup! It needs crackers not a pretzel. $20 for a bucket of Bud light $4 ea. That’s not a deal or a special it was $11.95 just last week! Corporate greed, it sure isn’t the family friendly good food place that Jack built it to be. Over cooked fried food and cold pasta coming right up! Go next door $2 draft 12oz beers all day with great food.
Have given the a chance over and aver again. This time half the food was cold and we didn't get 2 of the things we ordered. For the price to eat here there plenty of better options in the area
