Looking for an amazing Italian Restaurant? Try Milano's Italian Grille in Ocala. Conveniently located in a Publix Shopping Center on Hwy 200. You will find they have delicious food that is not just Italian. For example, the owner, Daria, who is from the Ukraine and so adorable and sweet is always there and ready to please her customers so she comes up with amazing recipes that are on.their menu. Last night after spending time delivering dinner to others, I ate there and had her homemade Borscht soup with a garlic knot on the side. Made her way, it was absolutely AMAZING! That was followed by this delicious salmon over mashed potatoes and asparagus with a delightful fresh zesty lemon sauce that she made which added the perfect touch to the salmon and potatoes to make them taste out of this world! It was so good, I think I was finished with every last drop in about 5 minutes! Lol. I give this place a 5 star rating. Have been here several times. Italian plates always good. Yesterday ordered the fish and chips. Potatoes wonderful, coleslaw passable, the fish HORRIBLE. One of my friends took it home for her dogs. Waitress kept saying "sorry" but didn't do anything further about it. Would rate 4 for Italian and zero for the fish. Thus I assigned 3 for average.
This place is wonderful! I had never been there but I am so glad I went. The staff was friendly, the food was delicious. The desserts were terrific. I had a corned beef sandwich. It was a good size and delicious! I will go there again.
My new favorite place in Ocala! Food is phenomenal, authentic with quality, fresh ingredients. Nothing is mediocre here. So glad we found this place. Robert the waiter was just wonderful. Great personality and super helpful! We will be back.

Manager very attentive. Server was very nice as well. We had chicken fettuccini and lasagna. It was delicious! The pizza was really good too. Definitely recommend this Italian restaurant.
We had dinner there Thursday night. It was a huge surprise to find Ukrainian dishes on the menu until we discovered that the new owners are from there. We had the usual meatballs and spaghetti - the sauce is homemade; Veal parmesan huge portion, pasta Valentina a little boring ; a devine pizza and the big surprise Vareneqy-Or Pirogi out of this world with a mushroom sour cream sauce And the drinks were delicious- I had 2 expresso martinis. No I didn’t drive
Great service, delicious food, and a very good value. Chicken Alfredo just might have been the best I've ever had. Busy Memorial Day weekend, but the service was great!
My boyfriend and I got two pizzas yesterday — mine had pepperoni, mushroom & mozzarella, whereas my boyfriend ordered his usual chicken-bacon-ranch because it’s his favorite. Initially, I was worried the pizza might not be up-to-par because my boyfriend is picky with his chicken-bacon-ranch pizza, and it’s hard for him to find a good one (so I’m not really sure why he orders it at every pizza restaurant we visit, but whatever). He bit into this pizza, looked at me like I was nuts, and then spent 2 minutes telling me how amazing it was. I recently had oral surgery and have been recovering, so I haven’t really been cooking from scratch lately, and it was great to see him actually enjoy a meal for the first time in almost two weeks. Thank you. (My pizza was also amazing by the way, crust is an 11/10.)EDIT: This was a Grubhub order, so the pizza had been sitting for about 25-30 mins before we were able to eat it. Therefore, I imagine it would’ve been 2x more incredible if we’d decided to dine-in!
Came here with my wife and my brother. I've had a love/hate relationship with Italian restaurants for some time. Either I've gotten extremely small portions of mediocre food that is way over-priced or really bad food that was reasonably priced. I can't say that for Milano's. My stromboli was amazing, my wife's seafood risotto was very well done, and my brothers chicken parm would make others quite envious with sharing the same name! We had a great experience, wonderful service, and the woman that was singing was exceptional. Thought it was a station until she started talking at one point. We will definitely and happily return!
