Almost never can get an order correct. Food is cold unless you order it special. Fries are barely warm on a good day. They are lazy yelling at me to pull up to them so they dont have to walk to my car after they parked me. They are rude with no customer service skills. I started going ro Burger King across the street, food always hot and customer service is much better.
Location is right off the highway and was packed. Used the kiosk because of the lines. Staff was helpful and tried to accommodate requests or needs. Some guests were rude to staff, but other guests stood up for them and squashed the issues. Humanity restored.
WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life. Not only do they not know what “no onions” means this is how I ALWAYS get my food. Sloppy, messy, the bun burnt. This sandwich had a random piece of cheese on it and this sandwich doesn’t even come with cheese originally and I didn’t order it with cheese. I call every time and have to get my meal replaced or refunded and the replacement is ALWAYS the same or worse than the first I ordered. Sokething needs to be done because it’s absolutely disgusting and pathetic that these people are getting paid for terrible service. If I could give 0 stars I would but you have to at least put 1 to post the review. Don’t go here ever.
One kiosk was out of order..one froze up and there was a line 10 deep to use the other 2 that were quite slow! People everywhere ..the drive thru was full. There was no one at the register. Many people were leaving.Finally got a clerk at the register. Shockingly our order was right except for sauce. One man said it was so much better before the remodel and kiosk addition
Tried to use app and get the FREE FRIDAY FRIES, had an issue and couldn't complete order. McDonald's wouldn't honor the free fries because it's only fee on the app and store has no control over it. I still placed my order but I would have thought giving me a free small fries would have been good customer svc. I don't have control if app either but I still ordered something at the window.
Food was all right and I should order a simple cheeseburger meal. I had downloaded a McDonald's app to get great deals on menus but I am inexperienced with the app. I wish someone could show me how to order from the app because I always mess up. Other than that great place to work unless you are a student and need extra income. Great job you guys!!!
We waited in line for 20 minutes. This location is always congested & something should be done about it. The employees were nice, the food good, but I’ll think twice about visiting this location again.
When I first came in I wasn’t even acknowledged by staff for the first 10 minutes. Then it became apparent why. The staff had an all out fight going on int the back of the store loud enough you could hear the entire thing going down. Then as the staff half way composed themselves to attend the customers the front counter woman comes back from the altercation that she was involved in and yells at the staff to knock it off. The best part was when the “managers” walked up and were laughing about the entire event as customers gathered witnessing the entire event. Once they started half way serving as all of the employees were laughing about the fight one girl decided to eat fries at the fry station as she is preparing an order. After about 45 minutes I finally received my order which they left off the sauce for the nuggets. I asked for sauce to which a “manager” grabs and hands to my while saying “here”! Never in my life have I seen such disfunction in a place of business.
Customer service needs to be improved, hardly any people there besides one person at the ordering line and they were still acting like we were running their times giving us attitude with the way we paid everything. They even messed up our order, there was no sausage or hash brown with the pancakes and Carmel frappe had no drizzle and was pretty much just chunks of ice.. honestly on a two day road trip this being our first stop was extremely disappointing and dissatisfying
Very clean Resturant serving fresh food by their fine employees in this day. Everything was fresh and met my expectations very well.
