I went through the drive thru today on the fourth of July at around 5:30pm. I placed my order and proceeded to go to the window, I asked the cashier if she could summarize what I ordered since it was not clear on the screen and she proceeded to say " I got all you asked for ma'am would you like to get anything else? I said the total doesn't sound right. I asked again can you repeat what I ordered to which she proceeded to say" I got All you asked for ma'am would you like to add anything else!!?When I checked my receipt sure enough she had charged me for food I didn't order. I was too upset to go back and I had my family in the car I didn't want to make a big deal.She was unpleasant from the beginning how sad.
Everyone e in the vuilding was too busy on there phone , or having personal conversations to hear my order . I guess when I go to McDonald's I should just say " please let me eat something and charge me whatever you like" it does not matter what the customer wants. We are in there way and disturbing there phone calls...HOW DARE WE ASK FOR FOOD AT A SERVICE INDUSTRY
Prices have gone beyond what should be expected for mediocre fast food. However, the quarter pounders we had were worse than mediocre. Overcooked, sloppily assembled and dry buns. Large drink was 2/3 ice. At least the fries were hot.
I went through the drive through on a Thursday about 5:00The line was very long. So I thought the food would be fresh. I ordered a fish sandwich.I've been eating these fish sandwiches since they first came out in 1965. Pulled off took my fish out to eat it. Bun and fish hard as a rock!! Worst fish in all the years I've been eating them!
Soooo.....after being told "Hold on!" in the drive thru several times this morning. I was the ONLY vehicle at the speaker...Lady keeps telling me to have patience while another car pulls up in other lane, makes an order and pulls around and Im still sitting there.. Tried to order again and she says "Hold on!" again...At this point I couldnt take anymore and said I guess you dont want my money... This you-know-what says "Well Fcck you too!"...Needless to say I will never go back and I am a local Barber who loves to talk to my 100's of customers.You just bought a ton a free advertising...Your welcome
I was visiting my mother in-law for Mother’s Day weekend from out of town. Decided to have dinner before heading to my hotel for the day. I saw it was not busy and thought it was due to the holiday weekend, but no had a employee open the door just to yell out and saw they were closed due to no employees to me and several customers who were parking. I thought it was just that day, no in the coming week I saw the same empty McDonald’s. I would like corporate to correct this or change management. It’s was only at this location. Top of the World senior community is across from this s restaurant, and there is a lot of money there you are loosing.
New people in positions. Training being done to help speed service. Staff very friendly, especially if you are recognized as regular customer. Restaurant looks clean.
Very disappointing experience. Egg & Sausage McMuffin had dried out muffins. We had to take it back. We ordered pancakes and not in our order. Manager was very rude when it was not our fault. When we did get the pancakes, there was syrup but no butter. The coffee and hash browns were great. Store number is 11383.
This has been going on for over a week now and I feel like it is dangerous but local management does not care and corporate has yet to get back to me so I want to warn you.. if you get a sweet tea after 9:00 p.m. they are putting artificial sweetener in it. This is very dangerous for those who might have an allergy to artificial sweeteners or any or all of their ingredients. I have also complained because every order that I get from this McDonald's has been wrong and not once has anyone contacted us to resolve this situation. It's fast food so it's expected to be wrong and cold but this location has really gone downhill. Yikes!!! to put artificial sweetener and to sell it as a sweet tea is not only fraudulent it is very dangerous. Not only did the young kids giggle at me when I said they can't do that and that I didn't want it but the manager Jennifer had a very bad attitude about it and seemed to be okay that they were put in artificial sweetener instead of real sugar, and she says they are no longer making coffees, frappes, Sundeas or sweet teas after 9:00 p.m because one of the machines has to self clean and she doesn't have the staff to clean the others at night
Very clean inside and out. Service was very good. The prices were a little higher than I hoped for and limited my/our selection. Actual food was warm, not hot off the grill.
