Finally a hot fresh burger from a mcds. I enjoyed having a soft bun and a hot fries. Thank you teach williston please. I got dry stiff buns body melted cheese and cold half cooked fries there.GOOD JOB THANK YOU FOR PAYING ATTENTION TO QUALITY.
Took my 2 granddaughters there for lunch. I didn't get the young ladies name that took our order but she was, by far the most pleasant, upbeat team member of any McDonald's that I've ever encountered. The container of apple juice slipped a little in the servers hand and it accidentally bumped one of the girls arms (just a bump!!) The lady immediately felt SO bad and profusely apologized. She continued to check on the girls (definitely NOT part of her job description) and offered them each a cookie. My oldest granddaughter, age 7, asked me if everyone in Chiefland was as nice as this lady was. "Out of the mouth of babes". (The answer was a resounding YES) Bravo Chiefland McDonald's for creating an atmosphere that shows kindness to everyone!
I went to drive thru they were extra polite and courteous the food was excellent this mcdonalds makes a weary traveler feel right at home thank you
The absolute best customer service! I have never seen such caring employees. Our food is always prompt and delivered with a smile. They even go as far as to ask us to be careful traveling on the highway. Well done!
Reasonably convenient location off of I-75. Fast and friendly service and offers good specials. A very nice respite from interstate travel.
This was one of the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. I don’t know if the McDonald where so live is just not as cool, or if the staff here was just kickin…. They had servers and people coming around to check if me and my students (we were in a field trip) had everything we needed. I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO A MCDONALDS WHERE THEY DID THAT BUT I LOVED IT AND SO DID MY STUDENTS!I forgot his name, but one server, and older gentleman, came around and also told jokes, it was like breakfast and a show!
Kids and I stopped at this location on our way back home from Ginnie springs and the cashier was rude to us when we asked for some BBQ sauce. Employee on his break was sitting in the dining room area straight picking his nose and eating his boogers. I threw our food out and left.
Great service and staff. The cleanliness was amazing and the men serving the eat in area were so kind and helpful. It matters! Made me feel relaxed on a long road trip.
Watched someone walk out of McDonalds with a shake about 1 minute before they told me their machine was down. This specific McDonald's rarely has a functional shake machine, let alone being able to get your order correct.
