I can't believe I have to give 2 stars to a McAlister's Deli!!I love the chain & haven't experienced them in a year or so but we stopped there last night and I ended being highly disappointed.They were "out of bread bowls" which is only because we got there at 9pm and they close at 10pm. It was very obvious that most of staff just wanted to go home, instead of taking 5 mins to carve out a bread bowl they'd just say their out because "how dare customers come in and order bread bowls an hour before we close".Super dissatisfied with the lack of effort by employees and managements staff last night.Not to mention my spud tasted like it'd been laying on the counter all day and they nuked it for 5 mins before bringing it out for our order.Normally wouldn't do this but I was blown away by 180 degree turn in service that I am not used to seeing at one of my favorite deli's.P.S. 2 Stars was generous.
This was my first time there. It was very good. I got the justaspud and avocado blt. My only complaint was it was toasted a little dark for my taste and the bacon was over cooked. Otherwise it was all very tasty.
Ordered Ultimate Nacho Supreme. I have had these in the past,, but very disappointed with take-out order tonight. Out of the total chips,, less than 1/4 were pieces that were even big enough to put toppings on, there were zero whole chips, and the rest of the chips were crushed and were mostly crumbs. The size of the container of toppings was smaller than what I got in the past. I realize the business has to make a profit, but come on, this was unacceptable.Dr. Patterson
Best ice tea of anyone. Club sandwiches are always good. Friendly service, go out of their way to help you. Salads and baked potatoes are also good. A little hard to find but well worth the effort.
When I first tried The Big Potatoes I was shocked how big it was,And they taste Amazing. Got to try it to really love it...You won't be disappointed...???
This was a really good find on my trip. I had only eaten here once or of state. The food and service were great. Cozy atmosphere.
If you ars a sandwich person, here is your place. Great crew great food always very clean too. Great job guys.
Finally got to try this place. The Mac and cheese is great but wish it was a little bigger portion ? Got the New Yorker sandwich. Was not sure what to expect because I'm trying new things I wouldn't typically order. It had a lot of meat on it! Slightly more bland than I expected, but was still very very good ? A bit pricier than I expected but not outrageous. Pleasant atmosphere and employees.
I ordered the Spud and WOW!!! I can't believe how big it is lol..... The food is always great here!!
