We visited the Ocala location. We ordered pizza for pickup. We went to the drive thru window the young man sais it would be about another 6 to 8 minutes. We waited about ten minutes the guy never came back. We had to go inside to get our pizza which by this time they were sitting for a few minutes and had definitely cool off. If you order carryout from this store make sure you go inside don't rely on hood service at the drive thru.
Sunday night urge to try Marco's. Not disappointed, prompt pick up service and very nice staffer took care of me. So sorry I didn't remember his name to add kudos to him.
Their ultimate pepperoni was delicious. Very good customer service would definitely recommend this pizza joint
The pizza is outstanding but the attitude of the youngsters that works the front counter needs adjustment and constant supervision.

Best pizza I ever had. I usually don’t do reviews but this was some really good pizza Great quality didn’t have to wait long and fresh out the oven. perfect crust, condiments were spot on i recommend this place big time

I called at 11:40am asking about their specials. I told him I work at the car dealership near their location. He told me without asking how many pizza I wanted to order, “they are busy, so if I ordered it would be 1 1/2 hours”. That is the second time they told us no, we can’t order a pizza. When they first open they wanted our business. Now, I guess they are as big as they will ever be or less based on poor customer experience.
