The food was really good. Really, really good. Hubby got the burrito campechano and I got the quesdilla campechano - both were delicious.Wait staff was friendly and prompt. Nice menu, easy to navigate. The margarita? We ordered a Margarita Cantarito because we could order the type of tequila we wanted. The write up on the menu says, "A shot of your favorite tequila, Gran Gala liquor, triple sec and margarita mix served on the rocks garnished with lime." Here's the issue. All I tasted was tequila. I could see straight through to the bottom of the clay cup. Now, I love me some tequila, but if all I wanted was tequila, I would have ordered a shot. This was a sad margarita. I loved the clay cup. So cute.

My family and I go to Las Margaritas a good bit. We enjoy the atmosphere and their food is good. Service is always excellent and very friendly. They are also very kid friendly and offer lidded cups for small children. In my opinion there are more authentic Mexican restaurants in the area but Las Margaritas is a good place if you're in a hurry. They also have covered patio service if you want to eat al fresco.

I ordered Chicken Fajita's I couldn't find the chicken it was in tiny little pieces the size of a tooth on a comb, terribly cold but the plate was very Hot to give it that Hot sizzling look, this was our 5th Trip there and my last, they must have changed the cook or changed there feeding habits to the Locals. I drove all the way there from Homosassa, Florida for a great meal and got taken the waiter did not even fill my glass with ice tea he disappeared, you will not be feeding Brutal John ever again!

Great atmosphere, great server (Lazaro278) but the food quality has gone downhill. My husband had the chicken fajitas and we had difficulty finding the small pieces of chicken! I ordered 3 enchiladas and then realized rice and refried beans weren't included so I subsequenty ordered this side -- $12 for 3 cheese enchiladas and $7.50 for the side of beans and rice. I felt this was overpriced for the value.

First of all I'd like to compliment our server Edgar. We had a little issue with our dish. My husband ordered chimichanga and it wasn't even deep fried. So my husband told him and later Edgar fixed the dish. It came out very good, so my husband was very happy. We appreciate the effort. I had the whole fish and I have no complaints. Salsa and chips were fresh.

Went to try this Mexican restaurant for lunch. We love Mexican food and are pretty familiar with it. It was very busy on a Saturday which is usually a good sign. I ordered the spinach quesadilla lunch special and my son got the #1 lunch special. When our orders arrived, I had one plate with a soggy flour tortilla with some spinach and cheese inside, lettuce and tomatoes, and some rice. The tortilla was not fried like I expected a quesadilla to be, It was like eating a street taco with only spinach and cheese in it. The #1 lunch special, in contrast, had one plate with a guacamole salad, a chicken taco on a plate, and another plate with the chicken chile relleno and a load of refried beans. Big difference in amount of food for both meals being the same price, $8.99 each. I felt like I had received a kiddie meal. Son enjoyed his meal, but I was disappointed with mine. I would not recommend the spinach quesadilla meal. Other than that, our waitress was very nice and checked on us often.

I have been coming here for the past 5 years. Food is always on point. Be carefully with the ToGo orders. In the past year I have been ordering the same order as I work close by this location but the side item orders or the main orders of the rice and beans have been changing. In the resteraunt you get a nice portion of rice and beans, but lately with order pickup it has gotten a lot worse. Below if a picture of what I received. This is now the 2nd or 3rd time in a row that this has happened. To the owner, please correct online to go orders with the same amount of food as in store orders. I ordered the fish tacos. This was the rice and bean I paid extra for. The whole meal was $19. Should have been $6.99.

Stopped in for lunch. Everything I've ever ordered from this restaurant is delicious with generous portions. The staff was friendly. Prices were very reasonable. I will go back.

New to Ocala and was looking for Mexican cuisine. After a quick google search I found Las Margaritas. This is our new go to restaurant and we usually go a few times a week for happy hour drinks and delish food. Returning to Canada soon and will miss our new fave Mexican Restaurant. Until next year!

We have dined at this restaurant several times. Every meal had been above and beyond. Never had a bad meal or experience. Wait staff has always been friendly and helpful. Beware the homemade spicy salsa is just that, spicy. But delicious. And you can get it to go also. Was asked if this restaurant serves French fries. No clue. We didn't go to a Mexican restaurant to have a cheeseburger and fries.
