The staff was amazing and courteous! Super fast service. We barely had our order paid for and it was done and ready to go. Good, fresh, quality ingredients! By far, best dining experience in some time!
The food was good and the staff was nice. However, if you are travelling on I-75 it is several miles off of the interstate. Additionally, parking is very limited.
I LOVE JIMMY JOHN'S! By far my favorite sub shop. I wish the would bring back the sprouts but other than that the sandwiches are awesome.
Great staff! Great food! Great service! And they are faster than they advertise. By the time I finished paying for my food at the register, all of my sandwiches were ready and waiting at the other end. I got my food before I had a chance to get my drinks from the soda machine. It was clean and organized and even the bathroom was immaculate! Thanks Scott, Jacob, and Kim for caring about your customers like family not just because it is in your job description.
Gave a one star because was not able to give a zero. I ordered from there store on pine Street for delivery. Thay called me saying no drivers were available. I sent a coworker to pick up my order. They did not give him my complete order, when I called back I talked to John and he said it wasn't the stores fault it was on the person who picked it up. He also said because of my tone he was not going to help me. Very poor service. Do
Took a little longer than expected for delivery (everyone seems to be short staffed). While they weren't freaky fast, they did give me a call! I still love them.

Ever since JJ came to town, I was excited. I had experienced JJ while traveling out of state and had named this sandwich shop one of my favorites. This isn't the original location, but I do believe this location gets better front street coverage. I love the food, and it always smells so wonderful when you walk in, thanks to the fresh baked bread. The staff are all very friendly and helpful, and I occasionally witness various employees from this location being friendly to the local homeless, which is a great definition of character in my book. This isn't as busy a location as I've seen in many other places, and so there isn't a lot of hustle from the staff, but they all seem to do a great job of getting everyone taken care of. Even when I see other customers upset about something, everyone seems to stay calm and handle the situation correctly. I have yet to see a customer leave completely dissatisfied.If you're in the area, it's worth a stop in to sample the free smells, and to taste the gourmet sandwiches that are taylored to be quickly assembled and delivered fast so you're not left waiting long.
They make great sandwiches with very good bread. You don't have to wait very long either! Their cookies are the bomb!
Jimmy John's was good. Only set back was that day they only had provolone cheese for their sandwiches. But other than that sandwich was great.
