We love jersey mikes but today was a lil different we ask the young lady how we wanted our sandwiches n the look in her face was like really so after that she just didn’t care started just throwing the cheese on the cheeses started folding over she just kept going so we didn’t say nothing wasn’t to pleased with my sandwich then a coworker came in with his son one of the other coworkers gave him a drink while the father stood talking to other workers next he went n put on dirty wrinkle shirt very dirty if I see him there next time we will leave thanks no thanks
Service and quality was amazing they greeted me as I came in and were quick to have my order ready and the lady who took my order had a great attitude I believe it was hailey

This location was awesome. Chuck and the rest of the team was on point. Very attentive to what people were asking for. Moved the line fast. Got my sandwich well done.coming back to this one.

I had a cheese steak and it was not as good as up north. It was the best I have had in a chain restaurant.My server Robbie made the visit worth it. He was nice, knowledgeable and thoughtful.I ordered a giant sub and he packed up the rest of it up so when I eat the rest it will be good. Meat in containers and bread Saran wrapping. Could not ask for more.
I normally go to Publix for my subs, but today, I wanted a different place, and I waited for 15 minutes to get my sub and ended up paying 22 bucks almost. At Publix, you pay half of that without the wait. So I'll stick to Publix.

The worst part of this location is ownership/management! But first: the food. We got lured in by a "Free Delivery Monday, " but we paid the price. My wife's cold sub was extremely oily and gross. My hot sub--the Big Kahuna Cheese Steak--was a JOKE. Cooked to death, no jalapenos, no mushrooms, and so little cheese it wouldn't satisfy a mouse. It was a dry, dust bowl of a sandwich, one that no employee should have even tried to palm off on a customer, and one that no manager/owner should have let out the door. Contacted jersey Mike's for help, and they have told me a couple of times that the owner would reply in 24-48 hours. Very funny. From lousy food, to being ignored about it, this place is AWFUL!
Only a 3 because I remain unimpressed by sandwich shops. I'd just as soon go into Publix and visit the Deli counter.
