$4.27 for a kids cone and then the cone was stale. Definitely going back to DQ.
We went on a sunny afternoon and the drive thru was steady. We arrived and saw a young girl on a cell phone in the rear of the store. She was in uniform and was in her late teens or early twenties. She was obviously the manager. As she had a headset on and had employees coming to her to ask questions.Once at the window the kids working were cold and unwelcoming and it didn't seem they were this way out naturally... but they seemed list with no direction or leadership. It took forever to get served even though there were kids walking all over kitchen area and back into the rear where we could not see them and then appearing again, mostly doing nothing.Now, the water ice is top notch. It is different than Rita's, and I liked it. I'm not sure if I'd give up my Rita's, but I grew up on the stuff.I love your branding and the colors and menu!! I just thought the owner should know what was going on....When I come for water ice, and I spend 50 bucks on my family, sure, some of the fun is the water ice, but a big part is the experience!!
I just went to take my son to get some ice cream after school and was met with a very rude “manager on duty”. Love the Italian ice. Your team is always super friendly and helpful. They do offer samples but I do not usually take them because I know what I want. I switch it up and I can tell you the Cherry, Orange Smash and Bahama flavors are awesome!!
Was excited to go but not really worth all the hype. Customer service was not helpful to the first time goer. They were short when I advised that this was my first visit. The ice cream was good but not given spoons and the lidded ice cream was thrown into a plastic bag and passed out to us. Not eager to go back.
Took my son here today. I gave them 4 stars because the person who served us was super nice and helpful. So nice to see customer service like that! I had trouble hearing her over the music and through her mask but she was cheerful and polite. As far as the food goes, eew. I won't be back for me. I miss Bruster's! Jeremiah's has gelato, Italian ice, and soft serve. I love all of those. I ordered a mint chocolate chip swirl. I took 3-4 bites and threw it away. It was way over priced and it just wasn't good. Disappointed in the food. The smalls were about $4 per one and they were very small but I'm glad that was all I got.
This was my first time at this location last night for Valentine’s. I grew up going to one in Jacksonville. I wanted my partner to try this place because I love it & it didn’t disappoint! I got a cotton candy/chocolate gelati (I know weird combo, but I’m weird). It was amazing! He got the soft serve swirl. I used a bogo coupon & it was definitely worth it! And even though the line was long, it did go pretty fast & the employe that helped me was super nice! I will definitely be back!

The gelato is excellent. The ice cream on top tastes just like custard. Even better than Rita’s
We had never had Italian ice quite like this before. We tried their gelati which is the layering of ice and soft ice cream and it was quite the treat.
