Amazing service and the food was delicious! Had the oxtail and pineapple lemonade and it was an amazing combination. The oxtail was so tender and literally fell off the bone, and the lemon and pineapple flavors of the lemonade blended together to make a refreshing drink! Also tried their barbecue jackfruit burger and it was so yummy! Definitely give this place a try if you’re thinking about it, you won’t be disappointed!
I was camping in the area and spotted their sign on my way back from Walmart. Great website and easy ordering. When I returned to pick up my order I then realized it's is a food trailer. It's amazing how they can turn out such well prepared and attractive food in such a small space. And friendly too! I'm definitely saving Impact for a future visit.

Instead of a food truck, Impact island cafe deserves its own beautiful indoor restaurant. Five stars in every aspect!
I can't get enough of this place. Besides having some of the BEST Caribbean food around town, the owners are the sweetest and down to earth people. Their food truck is incredibly clean and sanitary. I have probably tried everything on their menu at least once and never disappointed. I have my favorites, such as their veggie roti; oxtail platter, jackfruit burger, and curry chicken. Their fresh veggie and fruit drinks are AWESOME! If you are lucky enough to try out their food, you won't be disappointed.
This had to have been one of my top ten meals ever. I got the lentil loaf which I was a bit worried about but it was INCREDIBLE. Even my husband who refuses to eat anything with the word "loaf" in it loved it. I asked the staff working what they recommended and they were so passionate about the food. It definitely showed. The whole meal was great. I also got the kale smoothie which is probably the best smoothie I've ever had. I live an hour and a half away from this place but we are already making plans to go back. There is plenty of parking and the prices are good. I highly recommend you try this place before they get on Top Chef and become super famous!
