Went for breakfast at this location for the first time today and we won’t be returning. We waited to be seated for about 10 minutes/ only about 8 diners present. We were finally seated and placed our orders. We waited another 35 or so minutes and no breakfast so we left. We lost about 45 minutes at this place. I don’t know how they stay in business! We then went to a diner and we’re seated immediately and had our breakfast within 15 minutes.
Rather disappointing. We have had good service at other IHOPs. But for this one, the menu had apparently changed so that the Splashberry and similar were no longer refills. Every time a menu has an important pricing change, the server should inform customers.Also, the redskin mashed potatoes were runny and bland.Sirloin tips and pancakes were fine.
Good food, nice clean restaurant, nice employees.
Always Great food and Service. The cook and wait staff are the best. They go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy and satisfied.
Went to dinner last night at IHOP. I was a bit skeptical going to this location, the last few times it wasn't good. Upon entering, we read a sign that stated, "Please be patient we are severely under staffed". A lady almost immediately came over and asked for a moment and then she'd seat us. While waiting a moment we observed one server bouncing around tables taking care of everyone. Once seated and drink orders placed, we let her know we were in no rush and if she needed a minute to breathe she should do so. Our server went above and beyond with suggestions to make sure we would enjoy our food. We exchanged many jokes and laughs on our visit with our server and even our cook. Our cook was training someone and my mother's food came out a bit... wonky. She didn't say anything to anyone knowing they were busy, but the cook I guess just knew. He came out personally and apologized and explained the situation and said he was already remaking her food. I know this review is long but with all the negativity in the world there needs to be more positivity. With them being under staffed and staying busy this visit has been by far one of the best. The service and food were exceeding excellent and we wanted to personally thank Renee (I believe her name was) and Tony. You two are amazing please keep doing all that you do going. We will definitely return to this location in the future.
Ordered my food on the app! Said the food would be ready in only 10 minutes. Got to the restaurant and waited an hour for my food. Asked for my order two times and they said it was not ready yet. Another host comes and said my order was ready the entire time. My food was cold. Apparently they didn’t check hard enough for my order.
Customer Service was exceptional. I had an oil change, washer fluid topped off, and windshield wiper blades on, all done in less than 30 minutes. Very pleased.
Well usually I would give this place a 5 star... But not today!!!! The server was sooooo rude she had a attitude the moment we walked inside. Not only was she rude to us she was rude to everyone!!! Nobody was talking everyone was sitting in silence like we were in prison!! Everytime I tried to ask for syrup she kept walking, but the time we did get the syrup the pancakes were so cold we didn't even want them. I will definitely think twice before going back here, oh and the hash browns were so stale also asked for well done sausage and it was almost raw!!! No thank you!!!
