Decided to go out of our way to visit this place because nearby options are getting stale. The waitress was all smiles and happily explained all the specials and even suggested how my son could order a combo cheaper. Some if these pancakes are ridiculous, the free ones for the kids are just a dessert in disguise. But I can't argue that all the food wasn't delicious. Kids eat free and a decent 'Hoppy Hour' menu made for the lowest check we've gotten as a family in two years. I have no complaints.
Friendly waitress, food was delicious. 5 stars food and wait staff.Could use HELP, HIRING.Needs to be cleaned. Tables were full dirty dishes and bathroom was nasty as were the floors.It's more a sign of the times of not having enough staff. I would have given 5 stars. But cleanliness matters.
Went there last night with the wife. She got something different. I got my usual, steak omelet with chocolate pancakes. The food came out super quick. Like within 5 minutes fast. My wife kept commenting that it came out so fast. A few hours later, I felt very nauseous. I ate most of the omelet, only a few bites of the pancakes. Those I brought home, and let my teenage son eat later on. He was throwing up overnight. So my son and I are victims of food poisoning. I will give you one guess at which food was undercooked. Fast service DOES NOT equal quality. Called IHOP to complain and advise, spoke to the manager that cooked the food last night. No apology, no accountability. I cannot be the only customer who got sick. I made a complaint to corporate and of course, it's a franchise. And of course no one cares. I was a regular customer. Not anymore. I suggest you avoid this place for a long time.
Mother’s Day at IHOP was packed before 9am but served at the counter perfectly. The waitresses each helped out to get the customers the best service you could ask for 100% The Best Breakfast on Sunday May 8th 2022. Thank you Rachel
Awesome experience. Tge food was fresh and tasty. The country fried steak was the best I've ever had.The waitress was friendly and informative on all of the items on the menu.The atmosphere was great and the facility was clean and kept up
My husband and I came in the afternoon as we had a pancake craving. We came during happy hour and had the chicken strips with 3 pancakes and a side of hash browns. The pancakes were fluffy and delicious. The waitress was also very helpful and kind. Overall, we had a great experience.
4/14/22 10:00 A.m. An IHOP is an IHOP to be fair, we have eaten here before with no issues but this particular time we were seated and no service for 30 minutes. We were the first ones to seat around us while a few others came in after us. Everyone else around us got served, ordered and received their meals in the time we had gotten their. No drinks, no service, absolutely nothing. We will not be returning to was our time.The only reason it got 2 stars is because the time we had gone before it was decent service.
Bz place food is good restrooms are not clean
Poor poor poor quality of food...my grits were drinkable..the breakfast bowl was so dry I dam near choked...diabetic coma with all that syrup on bottum of shake for my daughter...my sister ordered diet coke no ice and got Dr pepper..the waitress insulted us when we said it wasn't coke of any sort... then brought a diet coke full of ice...sent that back to, what part of no ice..she requested no hash browns in her bowl...got those wrong too, sent back to kitchen...ended up with mozerella sticks and fruit cup..lol
Went with three kids in the evening. Highly recommend the happy hour menu (3-8pm) for some great priced choices on breakfast or dinner items. Something for everyone. Plus there isn't a crowd so you can get your food quickly.
