The two young ladies working tonight were absolutely awesome! I don't know their names but they must have known I needed a smile! AND they made me the BEST veggie spicy chicken EVER!

I ordered at 8.20pm today.i called at 9.50 pm because I have not received my delivery and when I call they said they don't see me on the screen and the delivery driver already left so now it's almost 10:00 p.m. and everything is closed and now me and my kids are hungry and we have no food and I did not receive a phone call or nothing. I got charged for it and then when I told the person that is unacceptable that I did not receive a phone call and I would like my money back She said it will take 24 to 48 hours and I asked her so do you have my name and she says yes I see it in the system I said oh the same system that you don't see my name on the screen that I have an order for huh and she had nothing to say.also she said the manager is not there.no manager and no delivery driver before the business closed? Are you serious? So you depend on pickups for business? To bring in revenue and money? The owner should feel disgraceful to allow a business like this to operate in such conditions! I don't know what business person wouldn't laugh in his face! Unacceptable service, unprofessional service, And this is not how you conduct business.
1st rule in business, always great or recognize customers as they enter your business. I've been through the front door of the store 11115 93rd, twice in 2 days, to gladly hand my cash to the attendant who takes my order. Twice I've received zero acknowledgement that I even entered the store. The first I waited about 5 minutes and left, the second was just a few minutes and I left. The good news I saved money, the bad news is you made nothing from a sale to me. If I understand business the more clientele you gain the better your profit.End result is I won't try a 3rd time, too much variety on a 30 min lunch, to wIt to be recognized and have 10 minutes left to eat.pdate the one attendant working is now sitting outside the back door smoking.
It's not Chicago deep dish pizza, but It will have to do. I wish one of the chains would bring real Chicago deep dish pizza to the people.
GM helped me out so much found a great deal for me and was able to feed myself lunch today as well.
Every time I go in a order I have no issues at all. They treat us great. We may have to wait longer than normal cause of all the orders ahead of us but I don't mind just sitting and chilling and getting to know the employees. They are a great bunch of people.
This place should just shut down. The absolute worst place ever. Sad, pathetic, horrible, awful, worthless people. Can't get an order correct, always items missing and then they just plain don't show up when you order delivery, they cancel your order for you, because they don't want to deliver that far, but fail to tell you!!
Horrible service. We have ordered from the Ocala “Marion oaks” location for 4 years (being delivered same address). The past 2 orders were unsuccessful. Down to not even receiving an order. The first time they refused to deliver the pizza. This time it took 1.5 hours. Absolutely ridiculous. Same night time manager. We refused the food at this point. This is definitely the last time I order that ends up with a refund and no dinner.
Pizza is alright if your hungry but not the best pizza in the area, service however is good and very good group of employees working.
