Felt bad for bar tender. Jerk dudes heckling her while I'm just in there for a beer and a bite and she looked miserable.*UPDATE*They contacted me back and thanked me for my input. In all honesty; looks aside she seemed like a really sweet person. Maybe I'll be back soon...
Madison was our waitress and she was kind enough get all the waitresses together to sing Happy Birthday to the kids. The food was great, and I've always heard that the car shows at Hooters restaurants are good- well we timed it right because one was almost wrapping up when we arrived and it was a really good car show with a wide variety of vehicles represented. Great service and the staff was great with the kids!
I ordered Hooters today on my way home from work. 30 wings. All flats. I went to pick it up at 5 o’clock. And started driving home. When I arrived at home and open up the boxes, the wings looked over fried and burned, with no hooters sauce at all. The wings were dry and had no flavor. Called the restaurant to complain and requested to speak with the manager. He said that if we want sauce, we had to request it. We’ve been eating Hooters for almost 10 years and have never had this happen before. The Manager at the Ocala restaurant was rude and unhelpful. Would definitely never eat there again. Worst location I’ve ever ordered from.
Been to lots of Hooters in my long life, over 70 years. Participated in many car show events hosted by Hooter's. Never will be going to this one again. I walked in and sat down. One girl serving the bar area. She passed by me several times, never acknowledging I was there. She went into the back for a few minutes, so I stood up after a while and looked around the side to see if she was there. Person sitting next to me says, "Good luck I've been here for 20 minutes and haven't even gotten a menu yet". I waited 5 more minutes. Still the server passes by, couldn't be moving any more lethargically I might add. Never acknowledges me at all. I finally got up and left. Mr. Manager I see you answer some of these reviews. Hooters, which is well known for personable servers, good food and good service really needs to know about sub-par servers like the young lady who worked this Sunday morning.
Super friendly staff. We sat in the booth near the hostess stand and got to see the interaction with everyone that walked in or out the door. Everyone was so pleasant and cheerful. Our food was exactly as we ordered and we thoroughly enjoyed every last bite.
Great Wings, Ice Cold Beer, Service was good we'll definitely be back.
It was a very good night and these two ladies were hands down one of the best waitresses I've had in a long time and they also made my son smile when he got too take a pitcher with them thank you lady's my family had a good time
Dog friendly patio! Located near some big parking lots if you’re passing through with a rig / Rv. Amazing staff, quick service, and the food was great.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The service was completely unacceptable. Was there yesterday afternoon after work stopped in to get some wings. Gave the waitress my order I thought everything would be fine. To my surprise it wasn’t. I had ordered a medium sauce and was problem mild on my wings when I brought it to the waitresses attention she said that she could not take it back once it was set on the table That she could bring me a side of medium sauce to go ahead and put on top of the mild. So I said that was all right just never mind there was never an apology, when the manager came out and I explained it to him he says OK I’ll get with her he never returned to make it right whatsoever we were never asked if we wanted anything else. So when she brought the check to me it was for the full amount completely dissatisfied I talk to the manager again and he wanted to argue with me in her defense in here very poor customer service and I felt like that the situation should’ve been addressed and so after five minutes of going back-and-forth with the manager he did finally take care of the situation. Should not have had to go through what I went through just to have a decent wing meal and I have been there at least twice a month every month since in two years that I have lived in the area. I definitely will be finding another restaurant for wings never again will we return to this hooters. Definitely new staff all the way up to management is needed!
