Decent food and great service for a fast food restaurant. But the fries need to be cooked more they are oily and soggy.
It was 3:30 Thursday afternoon when I walked in. 2 customers only seated. Nobody at the counter and I asked the guy in the back if he was the only one working. A young girl was seated in the dining area on her cellphone got up and asked for my order. The restaurant had food and trash all over the floor and tables. Floor was greasy and slippery in one spot I found out the hard way. I asked for a manager and was told she was in the back. "She" never came out when I asked but the guy came around (shift leader) and I shared my concern about the nastiness of the store as flies were buzzing around me. He said they hadn't had a chance. 3:30 on a Thursday is dead and that place should've been clean and ready for supper crowd. 1st and last time I will buy food from there. I wanted to sit and enjoy a meal but couldn't find a single table that was clean. I'm not mad. Just saddened by lack of cleanliness in a foodservice establishment that knows better.
We showed up and they told us that they were out of all chicken products, had no drinks besides powerade or coke, had no onion rings, and could basically only serve us either cheeseburgers or fries. They charged us for 3 burger combos instead of the 2 combos and kid's meal we ordered. They also forgot to give us the fries for one of our orders. Probably one of the worst fast food experiences I've had. The poor employees seemed extremely disgruntled and it was very obvious there was terrible management quality at this location.
Drive thru wasn't open. Walk in bathrooms was locked you had to get a key. I ask if the bacon egg and cheese biscuits where still 2 for $4 bucks like they are where I'm from in lake city FL. The manager (I'm guessing) got real rude and loud said they have never had that deal there. I spent over $11 on 2 biscuits and a drink. And there was no cheese on them and they where both cold and old. The woman behind register was very nice and even checked that we got our food. Guess I should have checked it before we left parking lot
Now that's fast food, very fresh too. Service was awesome as well.
I was not really sure why but I wasn't really interested in this place. One morning my sister bought me one of the big breakfast platters, eggs ?, bacon ?, hashbrowns and the biscuits and gravy and from that moment I have become a fan of Hardee's I'm hooked on the biscuits and gravy and many other things from the menu.
Good Hardee's. Food quality was good. Service was slow. Restaurant floor in kitchen area had trash on it. I gave 4 stars, even though they need improvement, the food was really pretty tasty. We had breakfast, 2 pork chop and gravy biscuits. My wife even liked it. :)
Fast food 5 stars. Fast friendly service. Food brought to table for dine in. Fresh and hot. Get the biscuits and gravy if you come for breakfast.
No shakes no mushroom sauce for ghe new sandwich advertised on TV and window...one person working drive in and counter....I can see why...they have no business...save your money go to Arby's
Poor customer service, always have to have them make the food twice because they never get it right the first time.
