Went for our 28th wedding anniversary. Sat a little longer than normal and found out they was having a problem with my order. The manager came over to apologize for the long wait ,telling us what happened. They took care of us very well. This was a very good anniversary lunch. Good food.
This Ocala bar & grill seems to have its staff and kitchen well together! I wish I'd known our server's name--he had black curly hair and looked on the younger side. He brought me three different beer samples and he knew the menu like he wrote it. He was excellent. All the food was decent bar and grill fare, fresh and well portioned. Beers on tap were 2 for 1! Try the Nashville hot wings!
My husband and I are here one night while staying with friends in Ocala. Two words - Monte Cristo!!!! OMG in Heaven above!!!! It was AMAZING!!!! You can usually only find these at high end resorts, so I was so surprised to have seen it on a menu at a sports bar. It was, by far, the best one I’ve ever had. Service was superb, too. A nice man who was new to Gators, had a great personality, and is well traveled. Enjoyed our conversation!
Well we had a great meal me and the hunny at gator dock side jess our waitress put on some baseball for me. When I went to went to beef o Brady s they asked me the channel they should put it on .i wanted to watch the rays they could not find them, I wasn't a happy camper . DOCKS IS GREAT no more beefs.
Very nice sports bar with typical pub food. Excellent burgers and tasty seasoned fries. 2 for 1 beers all day (basically a $3 domestic draft)Service was EXCELLENT! Our server Cathy was really great and she had a trainee in tow who was also attentive. Very friendly and helpful.Only had burgers and beers but they were cooked to order (try ordering a medium rare burger in many places and see what you get.) I had a side salad and it was basically the mixed field greens with a few items in it but at least not soggy iceberg lettuce.Dozens of TVs so we were able to watch the NFL draft (stop snickering) and some NBA playoff action.Main dining area was jammed and loud so we sat in the side dining room which was not too noisy. Nice outdoor patio too.I'd give another star if they had a few more healthy options but I'd definitely recommend this place over any of the larger chains. If I'm in the area and have a hankering for a burger ? and brewski ? I'd gladly go back and perhaps try one of their signature items.Bottom line - good pub food, great sports viewing and excellent, friendly service convenient to all the hotels right off of I-75
They're thieves. Ordered the Shrimp dinner to-go. In the menu it says either a Heaping/Healthy portion of shrimp with two sides. They game me 4 shrimp. For $16. Inflation is one thing but these owners are using it at an excuse to be greedy. Will not go again.
After ordering took 40 min to recive food. It was Monday $.75 boneless wings ordered 10. Received them they where 1/2 inch chunks would have had more chicken in 4 chicken nuggets When we complained to staff they did bring out 10 more complementary 1/2 inch chunks ( Do not order the Boneless Wings )
Food was not very good. Waitress tried to charge us for refills. Portions were very small for the price.
Ordered delivery from this location and will not make that mistake again. Ordered a mahi sandwich, fried pickles, philly with lettuce & garlic mayo, mashed potatoes and gravy and gator tail. Never got the mahi sandwich, the other sandwich didn't have mayo or lettuce & the gator tail was undercooked...the meat was still pink. The food that was delivered wasn't that good at all Called the restaurant and they seemed to not really care. I did contact the delivery service that I used & they are least offered a refund.
Great place for sports, cold beer and wings!
