Ordered 3 burgers for lunch...one cheeseburger and 2 bacon cheeseburgers. The meat was so bland. 2 burgers were totally wrong!! For 10 to 11$ a burger my order should of been made correctly.
Yummy french fries + spicier ingredients + hot main soft burger leads you to water your mouth while waiting for your number to be heard.
Everything you would expect from a Five Guys. Staff is friendly and the food is always hot and fresh.

Burger and fries were a little spendy although the service and restaurant were very clean. I was very impressed by Donovan the man working the cash register he was very good looking and very nice. I am so glad to have stopped by for a burger and a sweet treat.
FYI- call before you go because even though the hours are posted online this location is rarely open. They have really good boardwalk style fries. They are pricey but if you know that going in then you can't complain about that. Their burgers are okay but not great, I usually order a burger from somewhere else and stop by here to get their fries or have their fries delivered. Highly recommend the fries. This location is not easy to get to and parking is tight, the employees have a bit of an attitude at this location and that is definitely a turn-off for my family. But, at most of their other locations the employees are usually really friendly. I prefer using delivery services for this location to avoid the nasty attitudes from this location. And I will have to say it is also very messy inside. I don't know what happens, lol, but it's always a wreck. The fries are yummy and they are very generous with their malted vinegar
I have to start by saying that the food at five guys is pretty good, but the prices are ridiculous. These burgers are good, but not $10 good for a little bacon burger.\\nI guess they have to charge for the peanuts.\\n\\nI only visit when I get a really bad craving, but are the last bill of $15 for a little burger and little fries... I'm going to fight the next craving.
I would not go to this location because of the lack of knowledge and empathy that management had. After placing an order online, I went to pick up my order and realized I made the mistake of placing it at the wrong location. Because of being in a hurry to get to the hospital to see an elderly family member, we were told to go ahead and order it again but at the other hwy 200 and that the other location could give me my money back. However, I was told this could not be done since the online orders go through a “different system.” I apologized for my error but found it hard to believe they couldn’t refund my order so I asked for a manager. He said I was speaking to management! He gave a non-heartfelt “sorry,” and said next time I go in I could get the meal…which I rarely go on that side of town. I decided to speak with management at the other location on 200 by TJ Maxx ( which is where I intended the order to go)and that manager had no problem putting in a request for a refund. He was very kind and helpful! Also, the food was cooked to perfection! I highly recommend this location instead!
Not only was the food amazing, the employees are honest and wonderful. I left my wallet in the store. They put in in the safe until I returned. Returns my faith that there are still good people in the world.
their food is prepared to order, they make it just the way you want it and it's always fresh and hot which I absolutely love. this is a great place to eat but it's a little on the expensive side.
