This place is a gem. The food was excellent and consistent in price with its competition. All the staff, especially our server Nicole, are friendly and accommodating. It's nice to walk out of a restaurant feeling like you got your money's worth. Don't be concerned by this being part of a chain of First Watch restaurants, this First Watch offered a very "mom and pop" eatery experience.
It was ok. Friendly service. Crowded but we were seated immediately. Expensive for an Ocala restaurant. Yes they have what they deem upscale items on the menu but they alienate those who want something closer to traditional breakfasts. I asked for an English muffin. They said oh sure we have something similar and brought me toast. My eggs had to be sent back due to being undercooked even though I was very clear about how I would like them cooked.
If you would like to interact with your server beyond:1. Greet and take drinks order.2. Receive drinks and take food order.3. Receive food.4. Receive bill for drinks and food. Then this is NOT the place for you.We have tried them 3 times, and 3 times our servers (*all different people*) were absent. We thought perhaps this was due to our being seated outside, which has no dedicated server. But alas, we sat inside today and the service is no better. It's just a shorter wall to the kitchen to retrieve what you want.Getting additional napkins requires asking no less than 2 different people. Refills on coffee, tea, or water were an absolute no-go. To have syrup on your pancakes means getting up, and walking into the kitchen to ask for it. It doesn't come automatically. The lack of inquiry by service staff regarding the food and drinks served should have been a clue that they no longer want to hear from customers that the food is unsatisfactory.Beyond the lackluster service, at no time was the food temperature hot. None of the special requests such as "no onions" honored.Had we been asked upon paying for all of this, on any of our 3 visits, we would have been happy to tell the management. They didn't ask. I'm certain that our review comes as little surprise.
Stopped by this very convenient location for brunch on our way to Orlando. We did not have to wait to be seated but we did wait a bit for our food. Menu has so many options for all kinds of tastes. Service was good. Food was very good…fresh, tasty, and with a nice presentation. Their waffles are perfect. They also have the oatmeal cookie oat creamer! I want to come back to try the avocado toast.
The food was absolutely amazing. I love the idea of the community table they have but the wait for us was short. The waitress was attentive and kind and their juices were so amazing
Looking for a nice breakfast before hitting the road.Eggsceptional!! Passed by and looked closed from the front, but the entrance is in the back!! Meal was fantastic!! We will definitely stop again when in the area. Regular Bacon was great but for the million dollar bacon, they just add pepper and syrup. We will just order regular bacon next time. Staff was courteous and welcoming.
We came for breakfast and I got the omelet with ham and gruyere cheese. It was very good. I also ordered a blueberry muffin that was really good. Ask for butter which is whipped and oh so ? yummy. Food is always good here and fresh.
We used the app to get in line and saved 30 minutes compared to others. Food came out in a timely fashion, hot and delicious.Millionaire's Bacon, Blueberry Pancakes, BLTE, and Farmhouse Breakfast Tacos.
One of a kind menu, great tasting food and a welcoming atmosphere and staff.
Great food always the best service too.
