I’ve been coming here for years. Unfortunately the place has gone downhill horribly. They never answer the phone for curbside orders. I’m handicapped and cannot walk inside. The only thing I can do is honk my horn, but just get ignored. I’m done being patient with these people. I’m sure they’ll be out of business soon anyway.
Very poor service, came for lunch , no people in line at all. The girl at cash register said the wait is one hr to one hr and half I said what ? I look around there was 3 people sitting waiting for there subs , very poor service , losing customers just like that when she dont feel like working ....
Love the sandwich but always unorganized. 5 people working today and 9 of us waiting for sandwiches over 10min now (all seperate sandwich orders). Only 1 has come out! 2 ladies and man just stare into space a lot?
Pleasantly surprised to see the entire team was very young, professional, and the restaurant was so clean! Way to go Team!
Went for a quick lunch this week and was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a "resturaunt." The people working there absolutely did not care about their job and it showed. When we walked in, nobody greeted us and just kept talking amongst themselves. We waited at the register to place and order for at least 5 minutes before one of the girls behind the counter said someone "would be with us soon" Then made us wait another few minutes before the other girl, that was doing nothing but standing and talking, came over to the register to take our order. When she logged onto her terminal she just looked up like she was waiting for out order without acknowledging us or greeting us in any way. It was like we were an inconvenience by just standing there waiting to be served. When she took our orders she was whispering then speaking up in a loud tone when we couldn't hear her. It was very rude and almost condescending the tone she was using with customers. Either way, we finally got our food and it wasn't too bad. My girlfriends sub was fine and my brothers was fine. Mine however was supposed to be a hot sub and it was ice cold in the middle, but still sopping either grease. At that point I decided it wasn't worth a complaint and just tossed out what I didn't eat and left. The only redeeming quality about this location was that it was clean, other than that there is absolutely no reason to eat here. Spend your money elsewhere. I was very disappointed and will absolutely not be going back. I will also not be recommending this place to anyone. Hopefully management smarten up and hires some employees that actually care about their job and their patrons, because if they don't then this place won't be around for much longer.
Been coming here for sometime and they’ve always had good sandwiches. But tonight, my wife had a small piece of plastic wrap in her steak and cheese sub after she’d eaten most of it. On our way out I showed it to the girl behind the counter and told her it came out of my wife’s sandwich. No apology, no I’m sorry, as a matter of fact, she never said a word. Over the years this place has really started to go south, and I find that disappointing
Food is great as usual,accidentally spilled my drink and told Tyesha with no since of urgency did nothing about it told her again when leaving and she said I know?
Very disappointed. Prices going up everywhere and they are putting less and less product to make more money. Went here today and might have just got bread. Portions are NOTHING like they used to Sad.

Man... Where do I begin?When I walked in. No one greeted me.I stood there and waited for an associate to acknowledge me.. before being asked rudely and with an eye roll... "Well who are you here for?"When I gave them my name and my coworker who I was also picking up for, they looked at the 2 bags they had and said we have one. I pointed to the name on the other bag and they said "well then take them" Never have I ever been so disgusted with someone's behavior from this particular store... But today was just a big deal breaker. Probably won't return.... Much rather go ALL the way down 40. Ugh.Not to mention the entire drink station was atrocious. Couldn't get sugar bc it was so soaked withdry soda. Smh....
