What a disappointment ????It's a place like Moe's or Chipotle without the choice variety. The nacho "cheese" is a bland mixture of a few creamy liquids that end up on the bottom of the bowl & NOT on the chips. Chips are not plain tortilla chips but are heavily 'dusted' with powdered spices.The tres leche cake in a plastic cup was very good.Note that you have to walk or take a golf cart to this place (like many others at the hotel). it's about a quarter mile from the nearest parking lot.
Went for lunch after watching the magnificent Arabians in show. The food is served cafeteria style and all four of us had a good meal. I had the pineapple pork burrito loaded up and it was very good. The only issue was that it was very loud. This is typical of all the satellite eateries at the WEC as they are simple boxes with no acoustical baffles. Basically an echo chamber.
Total disappointment in restaurant, in the employees and the unsanitary way we witnessed the place being run.Understand I have spent decades in Hospitality, Food and Beverage as both hourly and all stages of Management and everything we, my wife and I, witnessed today would have led to disciplinary action to each of the abundance of employees on duty at the time.I will not list what we witnessed but will return a call to anyone who responds to this post.
The food was less than subpar...borderline inedible. Staff was not helpful or friendly. Very disappointing for my first trip. Had I been eating in, I would have asked for a refund and went somewhere else.
This is a great spot to grab lunch at the world wquestrian center but if you do don't forget to get the churros for dessert.

The taco salad is great. They raised the price by $3.00 just in 1 weeks time though.
I had the Cantina taco salad - the chicken option with beans and rice and lots of toppings. It was served in a crispy bowl. The two ladies I was with could not finish theirs, but I ate the whole thing. Delicious!
