Love, love, love this place!! Incredible pastries, macarons to die for, croissants so flaky they melt in your mouth. My only complaint is it it really hard to stay away! The costumer service is what every store or restaurant should strive for. A happy greeting, great service and eye contact. Eye contact is something you rarely find. It means not only that you exist as a person, but that I am focusing on you as an important person! I did not meet a single person at WEC who did not greet me the same way. Well done Mr. and Mrs. Roberts!!
This place is unbelievable! Just a beautiful throwback to an early 20th century high class bakery. It is classy! My favorites are the "cake donuts with cinnamon sugar" dusting. The best donut I've ever had. Highly recommended!!
We had the Bacon, egg& cheese biscuits...they were served half frozen, had to be reheated and then found half the bacon was raw. All this for $29.The "Manager" said he would "tell the chef"! Not sure who he was talking about because they were frozen....mmmmm
How dare they have international croissant day while we were at WEC and Emma’s !!?? :-)Croissants that were HUGE !Pain Au Chocolat was exquisite, flaky and delicious.The artistic nature of this beautiful delicacy was genuine and real.Really enjoyed the coffee, pastries and service that joined it.
WEC is quickly growing in popularity here in Ocala. Emma's Patisserie folds in perfectly to this new location. As soon as you set foot on the property, you can't help but notice the great attention to detail. From the immaculately clean tables, the adorable ambiance and the beautiful collection of pastries, Emma's "Nailed it!" They didn't just stop at the aesthetically pleasing either. Every pastry we have sampled has been delightfully delicious!

Awesome pastries, coffee, and donuts. Easily accessible off to side of hotel next to toy shop. A must visit just to view all pastries if visiting the equestrian center.
Eventhough we love this place, today I have to give two stars. We ordered their Thanksgiving To-Go Meal to be picked at 1:45 pm. We've been in line waiting, it's 3:15 pm and we haven't get the food, either ane explanation of what's going on. Totally disorganized!Update:I have to say...the food was delicious and a lot!
