This is one of my favorite Dunkin's. The crew that works that AM morning rush ate ABSOLUTELY AMAZING ?????. They keep that line moving and 90% of the time positive attitude
It's Dunkin Donuts. They .met expectations of a Dunkin Donuts. Just don't know why they'd change their iconic name.
Service was quick, drink tasted bad. I asked for more matcha because there was very little, and I was told it would be an up charge. I didn’t want extra matcha, I just wanted it to taste like there was some in there.For future reference, I would ask for my drink to be remade but I wouldn’t want to have to buy a whole different drink.Poor customer service skills as far as remedying an easy situation. I won’t be returning.
Always a pleasure due to the GREAT Staff. Gabe (front Counter and sometimes drive through) is a pure pleasure! Always friendly and always with a smile no-matter what time of the day it is! Keep up the GREAT work!!
I don't know how, but every time I go here the hashbrowns are burnt! Even if they don't look burnt, they taste burnt. How can you mess up hashbrowns?! Sandwiches and drinks are usually fine.
Come here almost every day. The coffee is usually always good. Food is the typical fast food breakfast. However, the customer service is unexceptional. There are usually younger people there, ranging 18-25ish. They can be incredibly rude and tend to rush everything they do. The attitudes are getting of hand. Maybe they hate their jobs? Maybe they dislike seeing me every day? Maybe they're over worked and underpaid? Who knows. Still not an excuse to treat people in that manner.
I will drive passed the DD on 484 to come to this location. They know what they’re doing here. No 20 min wait, in and out. They know how to make the drinks and food isn’t made sloppy. They other DD in the area need to take notes from this location.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The kid in the back was literally throwing people's orders on the counter. Definitely worth the extra 5 minute drive to any other Dunkin.
Good service, however dirty tables, dirty floor, dirty cup on counter top that needed to be thrown away. Napkins empty and not given one in bag with order. Manager very busy, however 1 employee with head set just standing at drive-thru not busy, not cleaning or stocking empty items. Always told when I worked you have time to lean then you have time to clean. What happened to Covid protocols? Why is the lobby, counter tops and tables dirty and not sanitized?
The donuts were really good but the people that worked in there were terrible. I was given my donuts and as they were handed to me the young man was looking away. He was busy somewhere else and didn't even really acknowledge me. I think they need to have a little bit more customer training here
