Hands down the cleanest dunkin we been ever!!! My son was super impressed with how clean bathroom was, he said that it felt like he was using bathroom at home!!! Great job everyone. The cofee the refresher and our sandwiches were spot on!!!
Placed a mobile order then waited 25 mins to get the order. In which I was told they were out of 3 of the items I ordered. The lady telling me said oh I throw out those donuts so we're out now. Asked what they had she said everything but that. Gave my replacement with her huffy attitude. Got my order and it still wasn't what I ordered. So paid 25 bucks to get melted drinks and wrong food. Way to go DD!
Went here this morning and ordered 2 ice coffees. Both made wrong. Had to work so couldn't go back until this afternoon. Went in to tell manager about it and get 2 more. She said "oh, so sorry about that" and then proceeded to charge me for 2 more. Really!!! They should have been free. I paid for them but what bad costomer service. Will definitely drink and check all my food before leaving next time.
If you’re going to this location be prepared to stand in line FOREVER while the staff stands around chatting.Came in at 6:30 waited in line while 5 of the 7 staff stood around and ignored the line. Finely was waited on only to get the wrong simple coffee order and attitude when asking for what you ordered and paid for.Bad management!
Disgusting and horrible people working here.Guy at the drive through dropped our 1/2 dozen doughnuts on the floor inside along with a drink and picked them up off the floor covered in the drink and tried handing them to us, gross...Our $19 order I will throw in the trash now.Asked for a cup of water and they wanted to charge me to, like seriously? Never have I been charged for water after spending $19 at dunkin.The heavy set guy is just Palin rude a d shouldn't be in customer service.NEVER going back here. Since the hired rhe new people the standards are way to low.
they gave me moldy bread and when i went in to let them know they checked the loaf and kept making sandwiches and toast from it. they took it and gave me a replacement which would be fine if my order was just incorrect but when i said is this from the same loaf as the moldy piece? i got a very mean response of “i don’t know i didn’t make your sandwich in the first place” the assistant manager melissa ignored me the whole time and i heard her say she doesn’t care she has orders to make. Jill taking orders was the only one who understood what a health violation that is and helped us as much as she could. they told me i have to come back to speak to the general manager because melissa can’t do anything about anything.
Dunkin coffee is always the bomb BUT their doughnuts have really come down in quality. They are a lot drier with less .., well, just less. They are not made fresh at the store like KK (Krispy Kreme). Unfortunately there are no KKs near me... to bad there are so few of them.But again I always stop at Dunkin for the coffee when I am on the road! I like it so much better than the prolific Starbucks. Starbucks is always so bitter unless you get some sweety concoction with a 1000 calories.
Literally just left this Dunkin and it was the worst, slowest Dunkin I’ve ever been to. The drinks were made completely wrong but it took so long to get them I didn’t have another 20 minutes to wait on them again.
If you have important things to do throughout your day, do not stop here. Your drinks will take 30 minutes to make, and the customer service is trash. Lol. I don't normally write these things nor do I really care but it's amazing this location is still in business!
Manager was rude and misgender me. I'm female and he kept saying anything else sir... I definitely will not be going back... Might even call my Attorney
