This is absolutely one of the worst Dunkin' donuts ever they cater more to drive through customers and also they are very inconsistent on making good tasting drinks
People there don't have a clue and the coffee was awful. Thankfully I was just passing through and never have to waste money there again
This location is located inside of a Shell gas station. The gas station is absolutely filthy… especially for being right off of I-75. The employees at Dunkin were extremely rude. We will not be back.
Not so bad for a tiny shop. Not a huge selection like we are all used to at a DD but this being inside of a gas station is not bad. They may not always have what I'm looking for but I'm never disappointed with what i get. GREAT JOB!
Came here at 7:11, girls didn’t mix the drink. There was an inch of sugar on the bottom. I go back in and say “hey this isn’t good”. And they tell me that is how it’s made. I ask for another one to be made with less sugar. They are just gabbing about working tomorrow and eating by the front. Needless to say, worst service on closing shift. I’ll never be back.
Stopped and got a frozen coffee and a donut. They only had old fashioned and donut holes. They said their oven was broken and they couldn’t make anything. The coffee as mediocre. But the donut was awful. Stale and a weird taste. If I had not already pulled away I would have said refund me and went elsewhere. I will never go to it again. Dunkin has really changed at their stores. If it continues can’t see them staying in business. They close early. Turn off ovens early shut down machines early. They run out of donuts and muffins early. Started paying little more and going to Starbucks. At least they always have food and can make your coffee the way you requested.
This place was absolutely amazing. The service was great. All three staff members this morning were kind, attentive, friendly. An energy we don’t see as much these days! Very appreciated.
Leaving one star to write the comment because let’s talk about how this is the most ghetto dunkin out here! But how could we expect employees to act right when the manager acts the same all of them need to go or get trained properly! Poor customer service
Got a Mocha and a sourdough sandwich. Both are absolutely disgusting. The mocha has no sweetness to it and the sandwich is cold, tastes like rubber, the cheese smells bad. I wasted 10 bucks on something I could have found in the trashcan.
Unfriendly staff. No donuts at 11am. How does Dunkin DONUTS run out of donuts before noon. The only thing they had left were bagels and a few donut holes. Somebody needs to learn how to order or something.
